The Lord wants to use each of us to mingle with people as someone who authentically desires their good. He also wants us to be able to cooperate with His Holy Spirit when questions arise regarding meaning and purpose in life, the chaotic, violent and unpredictable world in which we live, whether or not there is such a thing as objective, timeless, abiding truth, and concerns related to the widespread breakdown of the family. We need to be able to have a loving, truthful, biblical response when the people in our lives have these kinds of questions and concerns.

Our speakers come to us with much wisdom, love, and biblical scholarship. These men will endeavor to show us how to apply God's last-day message to the questions and concerns that people have. We must be able to rightly divide the Word of truth, and to give a reason for our faith. But we must also move beyond mere theory to personal application, for we are a prophetic movement; a chosen people, commissioned to seek out and save those whom our Lord is calling.
