Hi, this is Steve Dickman, President for Outpost Centers International. And 1 of the items high on our agenda this week in this report is to update you on what's happening on the front front lines with Adventist help and some of the needs there and how things are proceeding. I have Kim on the line with us. Kim, could you just give us the essence of what's happening on the front lines right now in Ukraine with the need of the medical assistance through Adventist Health? Yeah, hi Steve.

As you know, things are very fluid when you're in a war zone and things in Ukraine, experiencing the tragedy that they are. Take a little time to get definitive with the government, with the needs, with the medical staff there. But as of this morning and yesterday, Adventist Health has got 2 invitations to move these what we call clusters of clinics in a container that are set up. They were ex-Swiss Army. Bring in a cluster of 4, put in inflatable tents in between the containers and set up a mini mobile hospital or semi mobile hospital for these folks.

And so we've got the hospitals ordered. We'll get them shipped out where they're headed is close to the front lines within 50 Ks and perhaps even closer. There's a lot of civilian casualties, a lot of military casualties, a lot of amputations going on, civilians having stepped on landmines and been dismembered to a certain degree. And so the Ukrainian Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Interior has given Adventist Health official letters of invitation, letters of request to come to their aid. What we need urgently right now, we have the funds for the clinics in a container.

We need funds for equipment and for an ambulance. We need an ambulance that can take 4 or 5 people, have life support in it with oxygen and suction, and get these people from the casualty level on the front lines back to these clinics in a container, these clusters. And so we're ready to get 1 up and running, paid for, operating, and then we'll work on the second location. As of this morning, that's how things are in the Ukraine for Adventist Health. Thank you, Kim, so much for giving us that update.

We appreciate that. Friends, today, again, it's an opportunity for us to engage in helping people who at this point in time need some hope, they need some help. Adventist Help is on the front lines. OCI and Adventist Help and ASI and many other organizations have been working together, partnering to help provide this needed help. Some of you have been instrumental already in helping to provide the funds for these mobile units that will be taken there.

We're here in Ukraine. This is the new dental unit that's getting ready to be outfitted to help serve on a mobile basis here in the Ukraine. Dr. Igor, tell us just a little bit about what's happening here and how you're going to set this up. Oh, this beautiful car, originally it's an emergency car from Germany and we have decided to convert into a mobile dentistry.

So in a couple days it will be a chair here. We already have a dental unit. Now we're trying to fill it with a good equipment. We need an x-ray machine, I mean small 1. And the patients will be here, dentists will be here, plus we have an extra dental unit for dental hygiene.

It will be on the condition of good weather outside of the car or in another room. So All this stuff will work for the glory of God and to make patient's life easier with no tooth pain. Amen, thank you, Dr. Gary, for what you're doing here. And I'm excited to see how this is going to work.

You'll be able to move it from place to place. Yes, yes. It's very easy to reach people. Yeah, praise God. We're here today at the Angelica Clinic in the Ukraine.

And it's exciting to see how God is blessing here with the progress and helping people who've been displaced and Dr. Yuri is here with me. Dr. Yuri, thank you so much for what you are doing. We are now standing in the new OBGYN mobile clinic.

You'll see some pictures of that and your doctor is here. Dr. Tatiana, could you describe for us what this is going to be used for? We created this mobile clinic to give a possibility for every woman in rural areas of Ukraine and displaced people to have a high quality medical care for a woman's test. In the medical clinic, we do a consultation with a doctor and a video-calposcopy.

We are doing the, in the mobile clinic, we're doing a regular procedure of visiting patient with colposcopy video colposcopy plus we're doing ultrasound if needed and sharing medical medications if needed for free as well. Amen, we appreciate what you are doing here in the city of Czerniowice and surrounding areas as you're transporting, as you're mobile, You can go out and you can go in these communities. Thank you for all you're doing here. And Dr. Tatiana, she has a special treatment for every patient.

She's praying with them. Amen. That is the most important treatment. Friends, we're thankful that we can be here in the Ukraine. And we are just excited to see what God is doing here through the medical work and opening people's hearts and minds and giving them hope about a better future.

Thank you. We're here in Ukraine today and we're in Chernivtsi, right? Yeah. Yeah, and so Dr. Guri and Dr.

Sergei. Sergei? Yeah, medical director of Angelica. Medical director for Angelica Clinic and we are standing inside the new mobile pharmacy. Yeah.

We're excited about this. Everything's on wheels now. We're trying to get everything on wheels. And it's beautiful inside and outside as well. Yes, it's absolutely beautiful.

The doors open, you can see inside the place to store the medicines and you close that and you can lock it up so that nothing is going to get out as you're running down the road. And this can be going from place to place and here in the Ukraine right now, things need to be moving from place to place. So we're excited about that. Sergey, what in your medical director role, how valuable is this going to be to you as you go to the future? So the medical system in small cities and villages are destroyed, totally destroyed now.

And a lot of people, they can't get medical support, they can't get any medication. And the revival is very slow. Yeah, that's true. And by the way, a lot of people, they lose their job, they lose any financial opportunities to buy any medication. In Ukraine, you can't get everything you need for free.

So you need to buy it. And when people have no money to go to a doctor, have no money to do ultrasound, to do any checkup, and have no money to get medication, they need to die without all that. And we are trying to help them and to save their lives. Thank you so much for sharing with us today, and we're looking forward to seeing more about what's happening here at Angelica Clinic tomorrow. We're going to go on a little mobile outing with them and see how this is working in the field, and So we're kind of excited about that.

I'm today in a little village in the Ukraine with a mobile clinic that is managed by the Angelica Clinic. The doctors are here and they're doing a great job in serving the people, the refugees, who are in this little village. It's a mobile clinic and I have with me today Vitaly. Vitaly is the global mission director for the, I'm gonna say conference here, it's for this region. Vitaly, tell us a little bit about how these mobile clinics are affecting the work of the church and connecting with people.

Yes, the mobile clinic is a very important work for people now. Today is a small village in the Ukrainian, Chunkiv, and some people went to the mobile clinic and the last month I have 1, 000 people help, mobile clinic help 1, 000 more, 1, 000 people. So more than 1, 000 people have been assisted through these mobile clinics moving from place to place in the small villages, ministering to the refugees. Yes. Yes.

Now, about how many clinic sites have you been to, do you think? How many? Maybe 100? Yes. Yeah.

Okay, great. Lots of activity here in the Ukraine. The Seventh-day Adventist Church, the pastors, the coordinators, they're involved. They are coming out to these mobile clinics. They're connecting with people.

Tell us how are these interests, the people that become interested in the Seventh-day Adventist Church, how are we following up with that once they've been served? After this work, some pastors, Adventist pastors, study Bible from people and study lessons, Bible lessons, and I have a good experience from some baptize 10 week. Like a series? Series, but baptize after this war. How many have been baptized do you think?

Maybe more 15 people. 15 people. Yeah, praise God. From 1 month. Yes, thank you.

So here we are today again, we're in the Ukraine, we're in a little village here where there's a mobile clinic going on. People are coming, they're being ministered to, They're being helped. Friends, this is because you've been generous with the work of OCI and the donations you've made helping Angelica Clinic to have the needed funds so they can come out and provide this medical care free to individuals who are suffering. And they need hope. They need help.

And we appreciate what you're doing. Thank you to our donors today, thank you to those who are praying for these ministries as they're happening. Your prayers are coveted as we continue to minister on the front lines through the mobile clinics and through the pastors and through the churches here in Ukraine. May God bless you. My name is Alexander Lunev, and I am an elder in Energodar Church and also ASI Ukraine board member. We have been under occupation for 3 months, and they can't send us humanitarian aid from Ukraine because of the battles raging around our area. Before the war, we had been producing health food products and served 189 towns. We were organizing missionary centers of influence. I'd like to show you our production facility now.

We have been producing tofu, veggie links, sausages, spreads. And recently we started baking bread in another facility. In the beginning of war we started serving needy people. We would give them food that we produced. And we would give them 6 dollars worth of our products per person per week but because the need has grown there are so many needy people we had to cut the ration back to $3 per person per week.

This is not enough, people need more. And we have an opportunity to increase our production and to serve more towns and villages. We have a coordinator of our work in every town. We are not distributing our products to everyone there. The distribution work has been organized.

We have lists of people who are really needing food, and as for donations and all the funds that we have been receiving, we have full report for the funds received and expanded, and we are ready to give reports on how we use the funds that you have donated. Now the situation with the war has deteriorated. In the beginning We thought that it would last 1 or 2 months, but now we see that it will last for many more months. And we understand that it will be more difficult for local population to live here. People haven't been working for 3 months.

Many have run out of personal resources long ago, some are running them out now. But we still have an opportunity to buy flour, wheat, fuel, salt from local farmers, who are trying to sell their resources in order to preserve them from confiscation. We can also buy jars and lids to make pickles and preserve other foods. Local farmers grow a lot of tomatoes here in greenhouses, and because of war they are limited, they can't get them out to sell in the market. And so we still can use this opportunity to buy veggies and preserve them for winter.

Therefore, we are appealing for your help and we are thankful to all who will hear us, understand and help. Thank you for your time. Goodbye. До встречи. Friends, following up on the situation in Zaporizhye region and Bobtop health food ministry, I'd like to emphasize some points and to show you some pictures.

Alexander and his wife Olga and their team have been doing tremendous work in not only food production but also in building a team of coordinators in different towns and villages. Their job is to identify vulnerable people and to deliver help. They also invite people to local Adventist churches where they can find Savior. They serve people's needs, win their confidence and bid them to follow Christ. As you can see, scores of people are attending spiritual programs in local Seventh-day Adventist churches at this time.

This ministry has a unique opportunity to witness in a really dangerous area. Some see problems, some see opportunities. Local farmers are selling their fuel supply, wheat and fresh produce at low costs at this time, apprehending confiscation and Bobtop Ministry has bought some of those and is eager to buy more to distribute to vulnerable people. But they need funds, So consider helping them by making donations through OCI. God bless you.
