The end of the year is always a poignant time to reflect on what’s transpired over the past twelve months. But the close of 2025 is especially significant because this year marks the conclusion of 20 years in ministry for AudioVerse.

In some ways that’s a long time, but in other ways it’s no time at all.

During these 20 years, over 65 million messages have been delivered into over 230 countries around the world. The AudioVerse library has grown to over 45,000 messages with more added every day. Messages are available now in 8 languages, and over 6 million emails are delivered to our subscribers each year.

In some ways these numbers are big, but in other ways they’re not big at all.

The world now has over 8 billion people in it, and the Everlasting Gospel still needs to be preached to each one of them.

This work is undoubtedly big, while our abilities, skills, and resources are small. But thankfully, we can be small tools in the hands of a Big God.

I am grateful for what God has wrought in 2025 and over the past 20 years, but the work is not yet done. The urgency remains for us to warn a perishing world because Jesus is coming soon! But thankfully, our God specializes in accomplishing big things with small means.

“But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; and the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are, that no flesh should glory in His presence.” – 1 Corinthians 1:27-39
