Sally Kelly, BA, is a graduate of Radford University. She does accounting and is known as a superb vegetarian cook. Her husband, Dr. Kelly, serves as medical director and Sally serves as treasurer for the Black Hills Health and Education Center in Hermosa, South Dakota.
