Paul Ratsara is the President of the Southern Africa-Indian Ocean Division of Seventh-day Adventists. Elder Ratsara is a man of God. Under his Spirit-filled leadership, God has blessed the division with tremendous growth. Elder Ratsara’s greatest desire is to see an evangelism "explosion" take place all over the world.
