Amy and I, by God's grace, are saving health seminars.

I was here for 16 years, and some of you know me, some of you do not know me.

Some of you have recently met me, And so I'm very happy about all of the above.

And so the Lord blessed us, as we've been working together in ministry, and Amy was a student here, a lifestyle educator student, and somehow we just started working together.

And I would tell her stuff and she wouldn't run away from me.

And she heeded what I had to share, especially with godly counsel, and she kept coming back for more.

And I said, well, this girl, I can work with her.

And so I'm very thankful that Amy has continued to know about the Lord.

And so I just wanna share a few things about saving health seminars.

Now we know that in Scripture, in Psalms 67, verse 2, it says, that thy way may be known upon the earth, thy saving health among all nations.

And so let me share a little bit about the journey.

I'll say, we believe in Saving Health Seminars.

It is dedicated to creating a deeper awareness of the benefits of complementary and alternative healthcare and uncovering the importance of lifestyle habits and the monumental impact on our daily lives and even our world.

Now, you notice here, I don't have, or we don't have anything that's really spiritual, right?

Because many times we're dealing with people that are not spiritual.

We work with the church, but we work with the public.

And we don't want to start out with something spiritual.

And so we have to be wise as serpents and gentle as doves.

You're letting them know that, wow, they want to, about health.

Because people want to know about health, okay?

People want to know about health so much is that they'll do anything sometimes, things that don't even make sense they're willing to do.

And so, I want to share a few quotes of the Spirit of Prophecy here.

I know of no better way than to take hold of the medical missionary work in connection with the ministry.

Physical healing is bound up with the gospel commission, and the work of the gospel, teaching and healing are never to be separated." Which I think that's an amazing quote.

Now, in 2010, we moved away from Uchi Pines.

I have been here, like I've mentioned, 16 years.

3 and a half as staff, and she was here as a student, she went away for a little bit, she came back.

And so some of the things necessary for developing a ministry or a project, I think these are the things I'm gonna share with you are the most crucial.

I mean, it's wonderful to have knowledge, it's wonderful to have experience, I think, and skills.

But there's 1 thing that if we're void of, we might as well not do it at all.

And it says here, everyone in whose heart Christ abides is a worker together with God for the blessings of humanity.

As he receives from the Savior grace to impart to others, from his whole being flows forth the tide of spiritual life.

The crowning glory of life results from a connection with Christ and no man liveth unto himself.

Your life is interwoven with all others in the common web of humanity and you are to be laborers together with God for the salvation of those who perish in degradation and woe.

You are to be instruments in influencing all those with whom you associate to a better life, to direct the mind to who?

So next person you meet on the street, somehow, with the way you dress, or the look on your face, direct their mind somehow to Jesus.

Let those cords of purity bring forth, even when they look at you.

That when Jesus walked by, even the animals were better off for having been in His presence?

It says, without Christ we can do nothing.

Amy reminds me all the time, gets stressed out about something, she goes, it's okay, I go, yes, I can do nothing.

And I'm glad, because Christ has to do it.

We must respect, or you must respect, or I must respect, your own faith in order successfully to introduce it to others.

Terrible are the consequences of not having a constant connection to God.

Terrible are the consequences of not having a what?

Constant, not just a connection, you know, a constant connection with God.

So what's necessary to do missionary work, medical missionary work?

Although an individual may profess the truth, yet if a man, a woman, pass along day by day with no living connection with God, they will be led to do strange things.

Decisions will be made that are not in accordance with the will of God.

There is no safety for our leading brethren while they shall go forward according to their own impulses.

They will not be yoked up with Christ and so will not move in harmony with him.

They will be unable to see and realize the wants of the cause.

We're supposed to be working, you know, a little bit here, a little bit there, work together, work separate.

They will be unable to see and realize the wants of the cause, and Satan will move upon them to take positions that will embarrass and hinder.

I do not want to embarrass the cause of God.

And so Amy and I left 2010, the students helped us pack, pack, excuse me, and we went off to Huntsville.

And it says here, we went together because that's the way it should be.
