Our father in heaven, we are grateful that you gave us your this afternoon in a short period of time. We discuss meditation. So important and how to do it is more important as far as our daily walk with you is concerned. So we ask that your holy spirit, us, us so that enlighten our our thoughts so that we can understand this subject better so it'll improve our, so we can better prepare. Amen.
