01 Memorizing Scriptures of the Three Angels’ Message

You are about to enjoy a presentation recorded at the 2021 Michigan Conference Camp Meeting held at Cedar Lake, Michigan.

We pray that the Lord will bless you as you listen.

Our kind and loving, most gracious Heavenly Father, we come to be bowed before you this day in much need of your Holy Spirit to reveal to us the inspiration and guidance and counsel we need to learn to memorize scriptures in a way that it locks it into our memory, into a witnessing opportunity, and into glorifying your name for your kingdom, and preparing us for this loud cry message that you desire us to give at this moment in history.

And we are trying to get our message across that the Holy Spirit is going to bring back what we have already stored in our mind when we give the loud cry.

And yes, so a lot of people think that we are not, that the Holy Spirit will bring everything to our remembrance but when you read the Spirit of Prophecy, it's what has been stored in our minds.

So we want to try to help people to memorize the doctrines that we need for the loud cry, and we have put them to pictures.

After COVID hit, we decided, well, we were gonna do a huge program with like, I don't know, 1, 500 scriptures, but we had to narrow it down because now we know time is short So we narrowed it down to a hundred and 44 actually I came up with a hundred and 40 Yeah, I actually came up with a hundred and 43 when I went through all of the, I've been drawing pictures to these for 13 years, and I just went through and I picked out the very top ones, and it came to 143.

I thought, oh, well, we've got to have 1 more to go to 144.

Yeah, when she says 1500 scriptures, she means we are gonna memorize our doctrines each point by point throughout the, you know, all of our fundamental beliefs.

All right, so we wanted to show you how you use the program, because when you leave, that's what you're gonna wanna do is to know how to access it and use it.

So this is BibleRich.com, so we're right there on it.

You can see here it says, when the time of trial shall come, there are men now preaching to others who will find upon examining the positions they hold that there are many things for which they can give no satisfactory reason.

Until thus tested, they knew not their great ignorance.

And there are many in the church who take it for granted that they understand what they believe, but until controversy arises, they do not know their weaknesses.

When separated from those of like faith and compelled to stand singly and alone to explain their belief, they will be surprised to see how confused are their ideas of what they had accepted as truth.

So yeah, we went through and we found these things and it's just, It says many, many in the church.

And so we don't wanna be the many in the church.

And she does say we are gonna get the loud cry and we will give it powerfully.

And so it looks like we are going to memorize our doctrines.

So if you wanna scroll down just a little bit more there.

And so it says that we need to have previously stored in their mind for the Spirit of God to bring them to your remembrance.

So we have The teachings have previously had to be stored in your mind, and so people are wondering, well, what's storing in your mind?

Well, storing means to place or leave in a location for preservation or later use, a source from which they may be drawn as needed, your memory.

So you have to have it stored there in order for it to come out.

And so our biggest thing is to try to get people to understand that we really do need to have our memorized.

And we need to know the book and chapter because if you're in the courts or wherever giving your loud cry message and you are not saying where it's located They won't believe you they'll say you're lying and then what can you say?

But if you say well Malachi 3 6 says for I am the Lord I change not God cannot change as you know, you just keep the Holy Spirit keeps giving you the words.

We know the, we memorize the verses, and then he, the Holy Spirit will put it together for us, and if you just keep stringing along every once in a while some references, they can't gain say or resist you.

So that's what we're, our main thing we want to do is try to get people to understand that.

And then we have memory, the power or process of reproducing or recalling what has been learned and retained, especially through associative mechanisms, is 1 of the best ways to learn is if you have an associative mechanism.

So our program we have put with pictures.

We've taken all of the books, the 66 books, and made a picture to each 1, and then we've put the verses or the verse number and chapter number in the picture as you will see.

All right so we can scroll down and so and also she said that several times each day precious golden moments should be consecrated to prayer and the study of scriptures If it is only to commit a text to memory that spiritual life may exist in the soul Well, we don't really even memorize that much but we're supposed to be doing that.

So it's kind of coming together that we really need to be memorizing.

And if we can, this is the homepage you're on, and then we have to go up to the very top.

So here's our video that we put together.

So explaining everything It's like 15 minutes or something like that 16 and then that you just go across and you would just watch that 1.

And then this is the instructions, which is 15 to 20 minutes or something.

Then we have the shortened icon version because now we decided that we don't need to know all 66 right now because you need to know the icons that go with all of the verses that we have for you to memorize.

And then you go to, and that'll tell you how to do it.

And there's a drop down menu there and so you would start with A and do there's 5 scriptures in each.

Yeah, and in days 1 to 2 you do, you learn it, the book and chapter and then the verse and we're going to do this and then days 3 to 7 you would start with a and you do those 5 for a week and they're going to have oh thank you all right so here you have simply a so you would watch this when you learn the video the 5 it has the 5 yes you learn and review the book and chapter number right so that's the learn and then you have the 2 reviews Then you have the long gives you the question, so you know what it's about, the verse you're learning, and then the short version is without the question.

And then you would do the very A, where you learn and review the verse number.

And then, so you watch that 1, and it goes over it 3 times, and we're gonna do that.

And then you do the 2 reviews, whichever 1.

If you don't have enough time, you can do the short.

Right, so 1 of the things that we believe is important about Bible Rich, and it's different than most other programs you might find, is that there's a reason why we're memorizing scriptures.

There's a reason why we're actually wanting to say the scripture, and there's a reason why we want to witness when we're with a group that we want to witness with.

And so many times we might fall short though on how to make that introduction or how to break that barrier.

So what we've done is we've incorporated questions just like you do normally for a normal Bible study, into the memorization program.

So it's part of now the program to memorize also the question that we use, but then when we say the long review, it's actually, you know, in your own words, what question does this verse answer?

So that you get the idea of associating a question with the verse so that it becomes natural now because People are accustomed to a question and they say, well, that's a good question.

What is the requirement to enter into life?

And you could say, well, Matthew 19, 17, Jesus says, if thou will enter into life, keep the commandments.

It helps you understand what the verse might be.

And then we realized that a lot of people that might not have time for the long review, so we've divided it into a short review, which eliminates that need to come up with a question and it just goes into the verse, book, chapter, number.

So that's part of why there's the difference between the 2.

But they really are the same review, you just have to choose which 1 you would prefer at the time you're doing it.

All right, and so now we wanna look at, this is on biblerich.com, and now if you go to YouTube.

Well, let's put a page for you in a second.

So Simply Rich, right, so Simply Rich, like Johanna said, you're learning the, we have a simplified book and chapter number, and then very rich is the verse number that goes with it, and those are on days 1 and 2 of a week.

And then days 3 to 7, you do Very Really Rich, which is a repetition of the verses, Word Perfect, And then we're going to continue with the Very Rich Review Program from days 1 and 2 for the remainder of the week, which is basically a… Saying it 7 times.

Yeah, saying it… Because we still… It still is repetition.

Memory neurons need to be built up that have been long, put to rest.

When we were younger, we could remember a lot of things.

Now we can build up these memory neurons and it'll be retained in our memory much, much longer that way.

I couldn't memorize anything about 15 years ago, until 15 years ago.

And then 1 day I took the fast class And I didn't have any of them memorized by the end all 12 of them didn't know them and God said try saying those every day this well, that's going to take a lot of effort to say all 12 every day, but I did it and at the fifth day I knew every 1 of them.

So it shows that memory neuron, the first day it makes a little string, the second day I don't know how but it needs more nutrients And you get them in your body it builds that second 1 up the third day I don't know that time and nutrients getting in it builds that third day by the fifth day I mean, I was like I was jumping around I didn't go to class What oh right even just saying it 1 time a day, that's all I did in down memory So you it is good to say I'm You you you could say it a hundred times in 1 day, and that's not going to build the neuron.

And then, you know, every week, review it again.

And if there's 1 thing you take away from this class, that's the biggest thing, is the repetitions, 5 days in a row.

And what we're finding, though, is many people with using what we call a kind of a brute force where you just don't have an associated mechanism like we were introducing it to, it becomes after a certain amount of accumulation of verses you start to get confused as you start swapping numbers between book and chapter number and getting confused.

Our Heavenly Father, we are so thankful for your Word, your Holy Word that was inspired by holy men of God and given to us for salvation to learn and to understand more about you.

We pray, Father, for the word to be embedded in our heart in a way that we can memorize these 3 scriptures that we've desired them to be part of our lives in a way that we can use them to witness for you and give this loud cry message in the end.

We pray in the loving name of our Savior Jesus, amen.

All right, so we'll take on 3 more scriptures today.

And the Question is, how should we test all religious teachings and doctrines?

If they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them." Alright, and Isaiah, again what we learned yesterday, is the angel with the 6 wings because that's what Isaiah saw in chapter 6.

And so it starts out with, to the law, so we made an 8, it's Isaiah 8, so now we have all these 8's for chapter 8, even these 2 zeros and these 2 circle shapes together.

And it starts out with 2, so a capital T will be at the beginning, and the O for like 2, and then the law of the 10 commandments are put in there, and then, and to the testimony, so a little T out to the side of this with an O also for these, because it's to the law and to the testimony.

And this 1, the testimony is like the New and Old Testament.

And then if they speak not, so this, 8 is made into mouths with voice lines going from them.

So it's if they speak not according to this word, it's of the 10 Commandments and the Bible over here.

And then you can think word is also something you speak out of your mouth.

It is because, so you can go right over to this Isaiah angel, and to it, like it's going to its head it is because there is no so the end with the O and this first light stoplight makes an 8 and you can think no stop the red light means no you can't go So we put that there and then light in them and then the angel for in them, like this light is in them.

And then the yellow and green 1 would go together to make another 8.

All right, so it goes together like this.

Isaiah 8, to the law and to the testimony, if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

And then the 20, we put just on the side of the angels, wing coming down and pointing to the mind again for because, and then we circled the red light for no light.

So you can remember that easily with the 0 also of the 20 and the bottom of the 8.

To the law and to the testimony, if they speak not according to this word, according to this word, it is because there is no light in them." Isaiah 8.20 How should we test all religious teachings and doctrines?

All right, we'll say this and see if you can see the picture as we're saying it.

You should see the Isaiah angel up here with an 8 with a T in front of it to say to, and then the 10 Commandments in this top circle of the 8, and at the bottom circle another little T with the O, and the Bible in it for the testimony, and then the second Isaiah angel with the 2 mouths for speak not and then back up to the Bible and the 10 Commandments in the Bible for according to this and then the mouth for word and then the bottom angel pointing to its mind for it is because and then there is no with the O from the no and the red stoplight for no and then the lights, the other 2 lights, in the angel, in them.

To the law and to the testimony, if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

All right, and then I wanted to also tell you that this is probably really key to knowing why we won't be worshipping on the first day.

Because it's not in the law, nor in the testimony, there's no first day worship.

When they talk about it, they're talking about working on the first day, which we go over that in 1 Corinthians 16 too, that he told them to work, gather their things and work.

Yeah, and the breaking of the bread is really just eating meals together.

It's not a breaking of communion bread, which is what some churches might want to think it is.

And on the second angel's message, we try to get that explained to everyone so that you can understand that it really is, if it's not in the Bible and the spirit of prophecy.

This is our doctrine that we stand on, that there is no light in them.

All right, so this is a really key 1 to know, too.

All right, And the next 1 is, will God's law ever pass away easier?

And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass than 1 tittle of the law to fail.

Alright, this is Luke 16, and the 4 gospels are Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.

Matthew is as a crown because that's Jesus' king.

Has anybody ever heard these 4 divisions of the gospels?

Because he keeps saying in John how he's the son of God.

And it even says in John 1 that he created everything.

So we, then if it's, and this is where in Luke at the end in chapter 24.

Yeah, so this is the way Doug Batchelor in Amazing Facts, you know, teach it as well.

And it really is when you look at it, because I wanted to find out, is that really the way it is?

Matthew is the only gospel that tells about the wise men coming to visit the new king of Israel and then Mark is the where it says the Sabbath was made for man and not man for the Sabbath So God made it for us He's a servant And then Luke is as a man and that's where he says when he rose from the dead, he says, look at my arms and my flesh and my bones.

A spirit hath not flesh and bones like you see I do.

So it's showing that he is still going to be a man forever.

Our kind, most loving Heavenly Father, we come before your throne with a petition to memorize scriptures and for your Holy Spirit to be blessing us with the ability to comprehend these important texts that we're going to be studying and learning about today, that we may have a reason for what we believe and how to articulate that to others as We witness and give our loud cry message in the end.

We pray for these things in Jesus' loving name.

Today, yeah, we're going to memorize the scriptures.

So this question today is going or the first 1 is about the covenant because we memorized in Psalm 89 34 that my covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that has gone out of my lips.

Now this 1 will tell you, we memorized this 1 because, well, what is this covenant?

So can we understand what God's covenant is?

And there is, I think, probably more covenants, but we wanna know that the 10 Commandments is also God's covenant.

And so we know that that is 1 of them that he cannot break or alter is that covenant he made.

And this 1 tells us it is the 10 Commandments.

So the answer was in Deuteronomy 4, and he declared unto you his covenant, which he commanded you to perform, even 10 commandments, and he wrote them upon 2 tables of stone." Alright, so here it's very clear that his covenant or the agreement that he made with God's people was that he would be their God if they would do the 10 Commandments.

And here he says that he commanded them to perform it, to do it, even the 10 Commandments.

And they are commandments of love, how to love God and how to love man, not to steal, kill, lie, not commit adultery.

These are great loving commands, how to get along with each other.

So of course that would be why God would make that a covenant for us to be loving.

Then he can help us if we're loving to God and people, then he can help us.

All right, and of course it says, and he wrote them upon 2 tables of stone, again, that tells you again that it was the 10 Commandments.

All right, so Deuteronomy is the book, open book, because this is where it has the book of the law, is in Deuteronomy from chapters 12 to 26.

And so we start out with, again, and, so there's the A for and, and he, this is a picture of, we just drew a man on this side of this 4, because it's Deuteronomy 4, representing Jesus when he was declaring through the pillar, but we just made it on this 4, his covenant.

And so declared is going to be the voices.

So it's and he declared, And then unto you on this side of the 4 we put a man and a lady because it fit to represent all the people That he declared it unto And then so you go back up here to the book of the law will use for Covenant And then back to his mouth for which he commanded you again the people So it's you and you you his covenant and you to perform and then this 4 is made into arms with little hands to That you're going to like you do things with your hands, so that's performing it and then it's a 4 shape to get it in your mind, it's Deuteronomy 4 that says this.

And then even the 10 Commandments, then we put the 10 commandments in a 4.

So this covenant equaled the 10 Commandments.

And then we go down here and it says, And he wrote them, so here is almost in the shape of a 4, God's hand with a finger on it, coming down to write them upon these 2 tables of stone.

All right, and another clue about this to easily memorize it, declared and Deuteronomy start with the D's.

So when it says and he declared, that's your clue, it's Deuteronomy.

Unto you his covenant, now there's 123C words.

His covenant, which he commanded you to perform even 10 commandments.

So that will help you when you memorize it that it starts with this D and of course the C's are right by D in the alphabet too.

So these are, this is a lot to have to try to remember and it starts with covenant, commanded, and commandments, which gets longer.

Deuteronomy 4, and he declared unto you his covenant, which he commanded you to perform, even 10 commandments, and he wrote them upon 2 tables of stone." Deuteronomy 4.

On this even, when it says even, you can think of these equal lines are even.

So yeah, you can just think even the 10 Commandments.

So we just put a 1 on this side of the 4 and just on the top of the commandment stones, the 3.

This also looks like a, kind of like a Y, the 4, because a lot of them will say, and he declared unto them.

Yeah, but it's you, it's not them, it's you.

And they're both you, so you can just think that's making a Y.

So he and he declared unto you, you can think that's saying a Y for you.

And he declared unto you his covenant, which he commanded you to perform, even 10 commandments, and he wrote them upon 2 tables of stone.

And he declared unto you his covenant, which he commanded you to perform, even 10 commandments, and he wrote them upon 2 tables of stone." upon 2 tables of stone.

And he declared unto you his covenant, which he commanded you to perform, even 10 commandments.

And he wrote them upon 2 tables of stone.

Deuteronomy 4.13 What was God's covenant to perform?

Deuteronomy 4.13 And He declared unto you His covenant, which he commanded you to perform, even 10 commandments.

Right, now see if you see the picture when we say it together.

All right, you should see the A up here by Jesus declaring with the voice lines unto the man and the lady on the other side of the fort, his covenant with the Deuteronomy icon of the open book, which he commanded you to perform, the voice lines again for commanding, and then the people for you, and then the arms made in a fort to perform, even with the equal sign being even, 10 commandments in the 4.

And then he wrote them with the hand, with the finger made in a 4 upon 2 tables of stone written in a 4 also.

Did the 10 Commandments come out of God's lips that He cannot alter?

And now this 1 again, we want to know that he did, the Bible says he spoke these words, the 10 commandments.

So we know these absolutely came out of his mouth, although many other things came out of his mouth, but we know this also came out of his mouth from the Psalm 89, 34, that he cannot alter or change.

All right, so we'll say this 1, it's in Exodus 20.

And God spake all these words saying, all right?

So Exodus is the waves, 2 wave lines where they went through the Red Sea.

And then we have and is the beginning, so we put a big A.

Our kind and loving Heavenly Father, we have gathered to study your scriptures and we invite your Holy Spirit to be among us, to inspire us with the words that we need to know for this loud cry message, to embed them into our minds and into our hearts, that we can have a passionate plea for those in this end time that we're living in to be able to discern the truth that your covenant, you will not break, that your commandments are sure, that you are a God that does not change.

We desire your Holy Spirit to inspire us with good memories.

Alright, so today we're going to be memorizing these 3 to add on to the others.

And so the first question we'll say together.

Will God ever change his opinion about his commandments.

Alright, so the psalm note is the icon for psalms.

So we have the Psalm 111 made here with the 3 people standing on it.

And then the commandments, of course, are in between the Psalm 111.

And are sure is the 3 psalm notes now made in a 111.

And you can think there's 3 of them there, so they are sure.

They're standing there like there's so many, they're sure.

And then it's they stand fast, so it's they stand fast.

And then we took the 2 E's and put them cursive together for forever and ever going up.

Alright, and then the verse, the 2 verses, this is the end of verse 7 and this is the end of verse 8.

We just put, I mean the beginning of verse 8.

So we put the 7 in royal blue on the notes and then put those 2 8's together or 2 E's together to make the 8.

And stand fast means you don't change your opinion.

So this is saying God cannot change his opinion about his commandments.

So this is really powerful to know for the loud cry.

Will God ever change His opinion about His commandments?

So when you see the word stand when we do the verse you'll know it's all those men standing there.
