07 Jesus on Religious Tradition

I want to invite you to bow your heads with me because we want to invite the presence of the Holy Spirit.

So let's bow our heads, if you will, and let's invite the Holy Spirit to be with us.

Father in Heaven, we are here tonight 1 more time to hear your word.

We have been fascinated how prophecy is transpiring and being fulfilled.

And we are amazed to see that your truth reveal what is right and what is wrong and challenge us to come up higher and father we are so thankful that you give us truth because you are merciful and you want to restore our lives father tonight blesses we pray for the presence of the Holy Spirit to enlighten our minds for we pray in the name of Jesus let everyone say amen so tonight we're going to talk about Jesus on what everyone religious traditions so let me start by saying that you know about origin of life There are only 2 options when it comes to the origin of life.

We either believe that there is a creator God, there is an intelligent designer out there, that has created all things on this earth and this universe, or we believe that everything came to exist by what everyone?

By chance, like the Big Bang theory, the evolution theory.

Sometimes we're going to talk more about that I have seen Christians trying to somehow you know adapt evolution with creation but that's not really possible friends So we either have a Creator God out there or we don't and things happened by chance.

But as we see creation today, both in heaven, the great things that are on this earth and in heaven and the small things we see what everyone God has led his what fingerprints throughout the universe and we find things that I'm not going to show you a lot of pictures but I just want to give you at least 2 examples of the amazing things that we find in creation that catches our attention that there must be an intelligent designer out there that has created all things like for instance this constellation called the eye of God We all can testify that this looks like a what everyone?

Or when you see the fragile, the simple things of this earth and we see like the flowers, we see a flower like a like a what everyone?

It's interesting that before blooming, this flower looks more like a man kneeling, praying.

And then when it blooms, it's like a dove, and that reminds us of praying for the Holy Spirit.

Okay, Because a dove is a symbol of the Holy Spirit.

And you find this beauty in nature that testifies that there is a Creator God and He put His fingerprints in His creation.

I want to take you to the book of Revelation.

Let's turn our Bibles to Revelation chapter 4.

So if you brought your Bible, you're welcome to turn there with me.

I'm going to put the verse here in this slide for us.

But I like to have some people keeping me accountable.

Because if it is in the Bible it is for me but if it is not in the Bible is not for me, is that fair?

We have seen that the Bible is the reliable Word of God tonight and we can trust whatever it says especially because as we have seen prophecy is being fulfilled to the T therefore whatever else the Bible says we can trust that it is true notice in Revelation chapter 4 verse 11 we see John receiving a vision of the throne of God a vision of what everyone?

The throne of God and he finds around the throne of God angelic beings worshiping God and I want you to see the reason they worship God.

In verse 11, notice carefully what it says here, it says, You are worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power for You, what is the next word everyone?

Created all things and by your will they exist and were what everyone?

So the book of Revelation presents the true God as the creator of the heavens and the earth.

It says here that all things have been created by Him.

He is the source of love as we have seen.

And probably some of you already know what we have in Revelation 14.

What do we find in Revelation 14 everyone?

Oh there you go, we find the 3 angels messages and if you've been listening carefully you probably remember that the 3 angels messages is the final message that God has for the world in these last days.

And I want you to see what it says there as part of the message, a key component of that message that we are exploring.

And again, if this prophecy seminar finishes and you know nothing about the 3 angels message, I failed miserably to teach this Bible prophecy seminar.

So let's go there again to the first angels message and by the way we're going to study all 3 angels messages keep coming we have been exploring a lot the first angels messages and tonight we're going to continue to explore the first angels messages but we are going to study also the second and the third and that is very relevant for the days we are living.

Notice in verse 7, in verse 7 it says there what is the first word of verse 7?

Fear God and give glory to him for the hour of his judgment has come and what is the next word everyone?

Who made heaven and earth and the sea and the springs of water now give me 1 single word for these created God this being who made the heaven the earth and the sea and the springs of water 1 only 1 word to describe him creator the book of Revelation friends is calling people in this last days prior to the second coming of Jesus to worship the Creator God.

Notice what it says here in this line, how do we worship the Creator of heaven and earth?

Friends, in order to understand how to worship the Creator, we must go back to the beginnings of all things.

I invite you to turn your Bibles there to Genesis chapter 1 and we are going from the last book of the Bible, the book of Revelation, all the way to the first book of the Bible because Revelation is pointing back to the book of Genesis saying we must worship he who made the heavens and the earth and the sea and the fountains of water and it is in Genesis chapter 1 that we find the story of creation that God created the heavens and the earth in 6 days ok so we're going to study more about that Notice what it says here in this slide.

Intrincate world as we know it today was created in 6 literal days.

It says every day of creation is says you know like and it was evening and mornings it was the first day and then evening and mornings the second day and you find all the way through the creation week and then you say but preacher you have been teaching us that 1 day in Bible prophecies is equal to what everyone?

We saw that from the Bible but friends this is not a prophecy.

This is a historical account of creation.

We are not dealing here with apocalyptic prophecy when we read the book of Genesis.

So when you read in the book of Genesis about creation, you know, and then each day says it was evening and morns, it was the first day, we are talking about 6 literal days of creation.

Our Creator spoke, the earth came into existence, the very first words it says there that what did God say so you go to the book of Genesis in chapter 1 what do you find that?

Let there be light and then it took billions of years and there was light.

As God spoke, the world came into existence.

More and more things were added every day.

Things like what we see here in this picture, but just so much better, because the world was perfect, coming out of the hands of the Creator, without any stain of sin.

Notice the beautiful things that we find in nature, all testify of an intelligent designer.

Now I want to read with you Genesis chapter 1 verse 26.

We are going to read here the crowning moment of creation.

What kind of moment of creation, everyone?

Just a parenthesis here, we see this notion of the pluralistic concept of God.

Let us make man our image and not my image.

In the image of God, He created him male and female, He created them.

But we may be tempted to think that the creation cycle ended on the sixth day.
