I want to welcome you all back again for our 23rd installment in our series.

Did anyone notice a break in the weather?

It seems like we got a little bit of relief today.

But you know, even though the crazy weather that we are now experiencing really is an indicator.

The things in our world are just really unraveling.

And more than ever, we need to be drawing closer to the Lord, and I'm so thankful that we have this opportunity to be studying this series, and not only for ourselves, but to share with others, and that's really what we're gonna be talking about this evening.

But before I dive into that, let's once again, as far as possible, approach the throne of grace.

Oh, Father, thank you again so very much for your prophetic word that gives to us the framework by which we can understand the unfolding events all around us.

We thank you for the sanctuary message that helps us to understand and come into contact with a God that loves us, has made provision for us, for which we are so grateful.

Lord, we gather together again this evening to open your word and study.

So once more we ask for the outpouring of your Holy Spirit.

We pray, Father, that it'll be your words that are heard and that the speaker will be hid behind the cross.

Thank you again for all you do and may each hear tonight what they need to hear.

But we ask it all in Jesus' precious name.

Last night, we contemplated what it means to be living in a time when the day of atonement is unfolding and really drawing to a close in the heavenly sanctuary.

And in that study we learned that For those who are awaiting the second coming of Christ, that knowing the hour in which we live is really a call to holy living.

And so we study the Word of God to know what life up there is going to be like, so that we can start living it here.

And in the sanctuary, we have been studying about the good news.

And that good news is that God really does love me.

God has made available to me all the resources of heaven, not only to forgive me, but also to transform my life.

And this knowledge, my friends, we have to share with the world.

I am so thankful that God pulled me out of the gutter of the city of LA to teach me about Himself and then called me into a ministry to share others.

We're going to discover that in the sanctuary, God has actually provided for us a model on how to get the gospel to the world.

And we're going to be studying that this evening.

If you don't, raise your hand nice and high.

Well, let's get started because right now is a time for sharing, a time for witnessing.

Let's take a look at question number 1 and let's dive into our study and learn the plan that God has for us using the sanctuary plan, sharing the message with the world.

Question number 1, what did Jesus say must happen before the end shall come?

Matthew 24, 14, and this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in what?

All the world and then the end will come.

You know, this text is telling me that God is waiting.

He's waiting for his church to share the good news that God has found an answer to the sin problem with the world.

You know it's funny, I run into people who say to me, I don't know how to witness.

Because if a friend of yours has a plumbing problem, and you know a good plumber who fixed your plumbing at 1 point in your life, what are you going to do?

You're going to share what your plumber friend did for you and give him the number to call the plumber.

Did you have to go to a special school to learn how to do that?

And the fact is, if Jesus has done anything for you, You are qualified to share with others what He has done for you.

We're just beggars telling other beggars where to get bread.

So we all know how to witness, but this is a call to do so.

And you know, really in the sanctuary, and I, you know, when people introduce me and when I present on the sanctuary and they introduce me as being an expert, I stop them and I tell them I am not an expert.

I do not have an exhaustive knowledge of the sanctuary.

But now you have that as well to share with others, to teach them how to have a walk with Christ, and what we're gonna find is if we're gonna be able to do this and share it with others, we need to band together.

What were the last words that Jesus spoke as he ascended into heaven?

Power, when The Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you shall be what?

You know, my friends, I have learned that what really makes our witness effective is not how articulate you are or how clever you are, but how filled you are.

That's what makes the difference, is being filled with the Holy Spirit.

And you know, somebody comes to me and says, well, how do you get filled?

By yielding your life to Him, by surrendering.

The more you yield, the more you're filled.

And it's amazing to me how smart God can make you look when you're willing to let Him use you.

I want to show you a text that really encourages me when it comes to witnessing.

If you have your Bibles with you, open to the book of Luke, chapter 21.

And you know, as I'm turning these pages, as we're about to read this, I want you to remember this text, this promise, because I believe we're gonna need this promise sooner than we think.

And I'm not just referring to witnessing to people at the workplace or at the grocery store or at the gas station.

I mean, we are getting ready to face some real difficult times.

But God has promised that he will never leave us nor forsake us.

I want you to look at this promise that God, he saw the challenges his disciples were gonna go through, and it's not just relevant to them, it's relevant to us, and it's not just in the difficulties that's coming, but in the everyday, these principles apply.

But before all these things, Jesus shared some of the signs that would take place in reference to his coming.
