Description: OBJECTIVES:
1. Identify common contributors to being ‘tired’ in the work of medicine and ministry. Appraise the effect ‘tiredness/burnout’ has on your abundant life?
2. Assess the importance of a team approach to medicine and ministry and identify potential liabilities of being isolated from our ministry partners?
3. Evaluate several options that will help you respond positively to failure.
4. Identify one method to encourage others to work shoulder to shoulder with you so you are not alone in medicine or ministry.
5. Illustrate how you will personally apply the three tools presented in class that can provide strength and fulfillment as you serve Christ through medical ministry.
