Make It Loud

If you have your Bible, turn to Revelation.

And before we start, let's have a word of prayer.

Father in heaven, Lord, we pause for a moment.

We thank you for this opportunity we have to open the pages of scripture and we pray Lord that as we do so that your Holy Spirit who you have promised to teach us all things would be our guide and teacher this evening.

This we ask and pray in Jesus' name, amen.

You know, last month, just about last month, I was at the, I was sitting in my house and I thought, tomorrow I got the day off work because it's the Royal Wedding.

So I had the day off work because the whole country got the day off work, except for whoever had to work that day, policeman and so on, had the day off work and I said you know what I'm gonna go down to London and see if I can see what I can see.

I've never been to 1 of these big events.

I'd watched the news, the funeral of Princess Diana and I saw the funeral of the Queen Mother, these big affairs and very pomp and ceremony and the horses and everything.

I was like, I just wanna go and see what it's like down there on 1 of these days.

I can probably name about 5 of them and that's about it.

And so I went down there and I got there early in the morning and I was there outside the Abbey and there was people, all the people were camping.

And there was, I think there was more Americans I could find who would camp the night than there was English.

Like the, you know, CNN were walking by saying, what states do we have here?

And people were just like, Michigan, California.

I was just like, man, you guys love our royal family.

So I'm down there and this was like at 6 or 07:00 in the morning.

But the other people have been camping since Monday.

And the beauty of it was I was standing like from here to you behind the people have been camping since Monday.

But I'm so I'm standing there and I got a good spot.

I can see the door of the Abbey and right where they parked the car and everything.

And so you're there waiting and waiting and waiting.

And the 1 thing I liked about that wedding is it ran exactly on time.

When the guests were supposed to show up, they better believe they came on time.

And they wore the clothes that they were supposed to wear.

You know, there's a lot of lessons I could get from the wedding.

So the celebrities are all arriving, and we're standing there, we can't really see them.

And then at 10 o'clock, then we knew it was all about to happen.

And then at 10 past 10, see, I was standing by the door where the royal family entered, the princes and the Queen and all the minor royals they call them, that's where they all enter.

Everyone else enters the 1 door, the royals enter another door.

And I'm standing outside there and at 10 past 10, from 10 past 10 till 11 o'clock, that was when the royals started to arrive.

First of all, It was Prince William and Harry, they were the first to come.

Then you had, I think it was then next, you had the other royals like Prince Andrew and Princess Anne, and then you had Prince Charles come.

Then you had the Queen come, and then you had the bride-to-be that came.

Now from 10 past 10, the reason why I say that is this, is that in the Bible, you know, before a major event takes place, before a major event takes place, we are always given a warning that a major event is about to happen.

You know, Sodom and Gomorrah, they were warned.

Noah, they were warned in the time of the flood.

Something, you know, something is about to happen.

And then as we get closer and closer to the very end of the world, something great is about to happen, you have Revelation chapter 18, which is the loud cry.

So prior to the event, the coming of the King, you have this announcement, this message that is given to warn people that it's about to happen.

And So at 10 past 10 there in London, everyone you're kind of standing there and you've been bored standing so long and all of a sudden what starts to happen is the church bells begin to ring, they just ring.

And they rang for 5 minutes until Prince William and Harry, you know, got there and waved to the crowd and on in they walked.

And then they kept on ringing from 10 past 10 to quarter past 10 to 20 past 10 to 25 past 10, half past quarter to 10 to 5 to, for a full 50 minutes, the bells just kept ringing, ringing, ringing, ringing.

Because every time the Royals come, the bells have to be ringing.

They have to be ringing as the Royals are coming there.

But as soon as we heard the bells ringing in the crowd, it's funny because you'd be standing there for who knows how long and you just bored out your brains and all of a sudden the bell started to ring and people just start cheering, yay!

Because you knew that when the bell started to ring you knew that something was about to happen, something was about to happen and 1 by 1 the royals came and everyone was trying to get their pictures of the Queen and so on and so forth.

But we were warned prior to the event, we knew the timing that would happen, but that bell ringing, it kind of stood out to me that from that time to that time, just continuously heralding their arrival there were bells that were ringing.

We have a message in Revelation chapter 18 which is a message that is going to be given prior to the return of Jesus Christ.

You know we are told in Matthew chapter 24 that we will preach this gospel of the kingdom to all the world for a witness and then shall the end come.

Matthew 28, you know, this gospel will be preached in all the world to all nations and so on.

What is the gospel that is going to be preached?

Well, we know the 3 angels message is the, you know, the kind of the exhaustive version of the gospel and you go through Revelation 14, you've got all the different aspects of the gospel, you know, to fear God, to give glory to Him and worship and so on, all these different aspects.

Revelation 18 gives us the final message which is gonna be given to the world.

And I believe it's important for us to understand and to know what is this final message that will be given.

In Revelation 18 and verse 1 to 4, the Bible says, And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power, and the earth was lightened with his glory.

And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, ill is fallen, and has become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

For all nations have drunk the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.

And I heard another voice from heaven saying, come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins and that you receive not of her plagues." This here is the loud cry message, which is the final message will be given prior to Jesus' return.

You know, today, you know, amongst the church, you know, if you talk to different preachers or you talk to different people and you say to them, you know, well, what's your kind of favorite subject?

And you know, someone's like, oh, my favorite subject is the parables, or my favorite subject is the gospels, or I really like the writings of Paul, or I really like Daniel and Revelation.

You know, you got people that just love prophecy, and oh, I like the Old Testament stories.

And people have their, you know, various things that they're favorite.

And there's even certain preachers that you think of a certain preacher and you just like, ah, that preacher, he'll preach on that.

You know, certain preachers, we can put them in certain boxes.

But we're told the message that will be preached at the very end is this message here in Revelation 18.

And if we want to be part of giving the message at the end, then it's important for us to understand What is the message that is going to be given right at the very end?

A couple of questions we're going to look at.

Who is Babylon here in Revelation chapter 18?

You answered kind of the second question first.

And you mentioned that it's talked about false religion.

And you also mentioned that it talks about the Catholic, the Roman Catholic Church.

You know, the Bible mentions in Revelation 17, the woman riding the beast with her, the name Mystery Babylon and her forehead.

Now false religion, oh, sorry, false religion, confusion, Why?

Because when you look into the doctrines or the teachings of Babylon, false religions, it is very, very confusing.

You know, teach this and they teach this and teach this and this and it doesn't all seem to add up.

You only have to go to a funeral in your average Sunday keeping church to realize how it doesn't make sense.
