To Make Man Whole Without a Supply Chain

It's always good to come back to Advent Hope.

And there's been a lot of things that have happened that I want to tell you about since I was last here.

A lot of it has to do with light and what we're going to talk about today in terms of the medical ministry.

Everybody's over at Amen, right, in Indian Wells.

So the people that are here are the ones that don't care as much about the ministry.

Because I'm here and I care a lot about it.

You know, it's nice to have the Sabbath so that we can sort of pull back and look at and see the rest of the week and give us a chance to pause to see where we are.

Dear Heavenly Father, thank you so much for allowing us to be here this Sabbath and to worship you and to open up your book, the Word of God, but also to open up the second book, the book of creation, because you have told us all about salvation in your creation, and help us to understand that in the name of Jesus, amen.

So yes, taking that 30, 000 foot view is very important.

Sometimes we can sometimes miss the trees for the leaves because we become too detailed.

You know, Paul tells us in the New Testament that the body of Christ is like a body.

He actually makes that analogy, doesn't he?

He says that, is the foot less important than the eye?

And he's showing us that the body of Christ, which is the church, is a lot like a human body.

Well, I believe that the Holy Spirit was talking to Paul, but Paul was trying to give us the best idea of what he understood at the time.

We're speaking here on a university campus that teaches biology.

Did Paul understand that all living things come from cells?

And yet, he was able to make this inference.

Okay Technical difficulties here Paul Paul was not given inspiration on IT Do you like that, okay Yes, so So Yeah, so Paul did not know cell theory, but he relayed from the Holy Spirit, who was there at creation, exactly how this came about, that the body of Christ is made up of many parts.

Today, if I were to say that the body is made up of many parts, what would you know I was referring to?

And it wasn't until 1, 500 years later when Van Leeuwenhoek made a microscope that Dutch reformed biologists and was able to actually see cells.

Now we know that in studying the second book, which is biology, we now get a better sense about actual salvation because now we know, we know the anatomy of the human body, we know that blood circulates, right?

We didn't know that until William Harvey discovered that.

And what the purpose was of the heart was to circulate blood throughout the entire body, giving oxygen and nutrients to the cells in the body.

And so when these people were writing in the New Testament over 2, 000, almost 2, 000 years ago, when they said things like, there's 1 blood in the body of Christ.

That makes so much more sense to us today.

Because we know that all the cells in the human body are nourished by 1 circulation system.

And if you were to cut off the blood supply to a part of the body, what would happen to those cells?

But that nutrients that come from the blood, that blood, those nutrients have to go through what?

They have to go through something called the extracellular space.

It's something that we as scientists didn't realize even existed because of our techniques of how we used to slice and dice tissue and put it under the slide.

But we now know through MRI that there's a very extensive extracellular lymphatic system that is a...that goes between the blood and the cells.

So the nutrients have to go through that water, that baptism, until it can finally go into the cell.

You know what I'm talking about when I say the cell.

How many, the cell is an interesting structure because it's a chamber within a chamber.

It's a chamber within a chamber, meaning that the nutrients have to go from the extracellular space into the cytoplasm.

And in the cytoplasm, There's a lot of what we call organelles.

Am I, do you understand what I'm saying here?

What are some of the organelles in the cytoplasm?

In the middle of that phosphate molecule is a phosphorus.

This was the pattern that was given to Moses.

We're SETI right now, the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence.

Because Moses said it was given to him after a pattern of the heavenly.

And where does the high priest go after he goes from the altar of sacrifice?
