01 The Revelation of Jesus Christ

The revelation of Christ, hope in a world of chaos.

Heavenly Father, we thank you for the blessing and the privilege of being here today to spend time in your word, to learn more about your plan for us, Father, As you guide us and direct us with your word, we ask a blessing for all those that are here, those that are watching online, those that are watching through whatever digital media is available, and those that, Father, maybe are on their way.

We ask for the blessing, we want, Father, for you to speak to us tonight, for you to reveal and to guide us through your word, and we ask this precious blessing in the precious and beautiful name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

And so, as we begin, my brothers and my sisters, this place right here is a place in England, right?

And this is called Bletchley Park in what is known as Milton Keynes.

I was actually in England last year and actually got a chance to see the beautiful places over there in England.

But this place is very interesting because during World War II, this center that you see there was the headquarters for the United Kingdom's government code and cipher school.

And so during the time of the Second World War, this place was the headquarters of how England was collaborating with the United States and with the other allied countries in trying to counteract who was during World War II.

And so this school was the England Center for Spies, if you want to call it that way.

And this gentleman right there that you see, his name is Alan Turing.

And Alan Turing was a British pioneer, computer science, mathematician, physicist, philosopher, mathem...

I mean, you know those lames, back in the days, everybody had like 20 titles right?

He was just a genius and Alan Turing during this time made up came up with something fascinating and it is called the Turing machine and why was this machine so fascinating and so important in our history because this machine that Alan Turing developed was able to decode was able to what decode or crack and intercept the messages from the enemy without the enemy knowing.

And so Alan Turing, by making this machine, the British were able to be able to receive the messages, to intercept the messages between the Nazis and their movements and all the planning and strategy that they have.

That gave them a great strategic advantage.

Because they knew exactly what the enemy was going to do before the enemy even began to do and carry out those plans.

And so as the enemies, the Nazis were moving around Europe, right, through this machine and through this school, they were able to be 1 step ahead of the enemy.

And historians say that thanks to this school and thanks to Alan Turing and the machine that he made, the World War II was cut down by 2 to 4 years and millions of lives were saved.

Some historians even argue that without this machine, the war might have gone the other way.

That's how key and crucial this machine, this invention was that Alan Turing made up for the war.

Because my brothers and my sisters, We are in a war zone.

The earth is a war zone if you have not noticed.

And if you have not noticed it, trust me, it's going to come very soon to your door, too.

Wars and rumors of wars all over the place.

And we're looking at things and we see shutdowns and government shutdowns and everything that is going on.

We see the chaos and we're wondering what in the world is going on.

Well my brothers and my sisters, praise the Lord that God has also given us something to decipher the enemy's plans.

The Lord has also given us an instrument that's going to help us to see what the enemy, the devil, is planning ahead of time.

So that we can see what he's planning to do and we will not fall into the deceptions.

We can not only prepare ourselves, but help prepare others for the things that are happening and the things that are about to happen in the future.

And so in the same way, the Bible is that instrument that is going to help us and give us the information in regards to the plans, the strategies, the instruments, and the things that the enemy is doing, past, present, and future, that's going to help us to what?

And it's going to unravel and help us to understand all the things that we're seeing on our world, culturally, politically, socially, economically.

The Bible breaks down, my brothers and my sisters, in great detail, so many of this crazy panorama that we're living, that we can't find answers and we're trying to understand what is going on.

And so during this series, we are going to use the Bible as the decoder, right?

To break the code and help us understand what in the world is going on.

And so many some of you are wondering, how can I understand these things?

And so that said, as we're going to do, we're going to be, this is a prophecy seminar primarily focused on the book of Revelation because In Revelation, I'm going to show you clearly through the Word of God, how God is going to break down all of these things.

Now, some of you said and some of you might be thinking, Whoa, whoa, whoa, wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute.

The Book of Revelation, You can't understand the book of Revelation, right?

You know, when I was young and I was curious about the book of Revelation, you know what I was told?

I'm going to break a couple of myths tonight just as we introduce ourselves into the book of Revelation.

Myth number 1, Revelation is a closed book that no 1 can understand, only scholars and certain groups of church leaders.

Raise your hand if you've heard this before, right?

You can't understand the book of Revelation.

It's a closed book, or some people say only certain people have this knowledge that to be able to understand the book of Revelation.

Let's break with myth number 1 right off the bat starting right now.

Open your Bibles to the last book of the Bible, the book of Revelation.

Now as you're getting your Bibles and going to the last book of Revelation.

If you did not bring your Bible today you're forgiven.

The Bible is going to be our textbook during this whole series.

So if you don't have a Bible with you today, don't worry, team up with somebody that's next to you.

If you don't have a Bible, let's say for example, we have Bibles available in the front and we will give it to you if you don't have a Bible and need a Bible, all right?

But I'm sure America is the country where I think there's an average of 7 Bibles per home, something like that.

And so I'm sure some of you have some Bible hidden somewhere.

So just look for it, take the dust off and bring it out because we're going to put it to use.

This is not a decorative instrument for the house.

This is the most powerful thing that we find here on this earth in regards to what God has left.

We're gonna use the Bible every single night.

We're gonna read from it and we're gonna learn from it.

Now some of you might be saying, well I don't know how to use the Bible.

Nobody came out of their mother's stomach speaking and running, right?

Anybody come out of their mama's belly speaking and running?

No, I know I didn't, even though I speak a lot, but no, I did not, right?

02 If God is Love, Why So Much Pain and Suffering?

Into our presentation for today, and the presentation is entitled, If God is Love, Why So Much Pain and Suffering?

Father, thank you for the opportunity and the privilege and the blessing of being here today to spend time in your word, and we ask, Father, for your direction, for your guidance, that your spirit may direct us so that we may not only, Father, understand these words, but that we may apply them in our lives.

Thank you, Father, for the blessing and the privilege of being here today, and we ask all of this in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Now I'm gonna start the story tonight with you on Matthew chapter 24.

And Jesus says something very interesting in the book of Matthew chapter 24, verse number 6.

Jesus says, and you will hear wars and rumors of wars, see that you are not troubled, for all of these things must come to pass, but the what?

I have a question for you, my brothers and my sisters.

Do we have wars and rumors of wars, yes or no?

Oh yes, we have 2 major wars playing out, 1 between Ukraine and Russia, and 1 over there in the Middle East, right?

Those are, and those are just the major wars.

The world is in conflict all over the place, and sometimes we don't even know about it, Right?

And then Jesus says, notice, this is 1 of the signs of the times that the end is near.

And he says, see that you are not troubled for all these things must come to pass.

And he says, for Nations shall rise up against nation, kingdom against kingdom.

There will be famines, pestilences, earthquakes in various places, but all these are but what?

Do we have nation Rising up against nation, kingdom against kingdom, yes or no?

Now you're probably asking the question, what's the difference between nation and nation and kingdom and kingdom?

I asked that question when I started to study the Bible, why nation against nation and kingdom against kingdom?

The word nation, remember the Bible, the New Testament was not written in Spanish or in English.

And the word nation and kingdom, I was like, what does that mean?

Well, if, when you go to the original language, the word nation is the word ethnos, where we get the word, what Ethnicities.

So kingdom against kingdom would be applying to nations, governments, right, that are battling, but nation against nation or ethnos versus ethnos implies what?

Ethnic conflicts within the kingdoms, right?

Does every nation kingdom on earth have ethnical and racial, right?

This happens in every single country on earth.

And so that's what Jesus is talking about.

Famines, are people dying every day because of famine?

And so we have the pestilences, earthquakes.

But Jesus says that this is all but what?

And some people tell me, well, Carlos, these things have always occurred, they've always been around.

Yes, it's true, but not with the intensity and with the frequency that they have been happening over the last hundred years.

If you look at all of the charts, all of the scientific investigation that have been done in regards to these areas, you'll see that the numbers are spiking and they continue to go up and up and up and up and up in regards to all of these disasters.

But Jesus says, this is but the beginning of sorrows.

And so my brothers and my sisters, we are seeing war all over the place.

And if you haven't seen it yet, trust me, it's going to come to our door pretty soon.

And so the question then that people ask is, where is God?

How is it possible that God, if God is all loving and all powerful, why does so much pain and suffering exist in the world?

That's the question, and that was 1 of the questions that I asked because 16 years ago, I, before I became a Christian, I was an atheist.

And that was 1 of my main complaints against God.

How is it possible that a God of love can let this world of pain and suffering exist?

People, you know that every day, tens of thousands of people die because they don't have food to eat.

Do you know at the same time here in the United States, tens of thousands of people die because they don't have food to eat.

Do you know at the same time here in the United States, tens of thousands of people die because they eat too much?

And the consequences of eating too much and intemperance, Right?

You see terrorism, that's nothing anymore, right?

We see contamination, the deterioration of the water and air quality is rampant.

You know that there are already conflicts per control over drinkable water.

Very soon on this earth, there are gonna be wars carried out among the nations to our access to drinkable water.

Less than 3% of the water on this earth is drinkable and there's already conflicts and war.

Everybody's getting positioned to have access to this.

This is going to get only worse and worse.

You have the use and abuse of drugs, both legal and illegal.

There are more people dying from the death of legal drug use and legal drug abuse than illegal was.

We see also the wars that are carried out to our control and access to all of the ways in which illegal drugs are used and distributed.

Now all of these kids are being raised up, not preparing for fire drills, but preparing for shooter drills, right?

Schools being, children being hunted and slaughtered.

I was looking at the statistics of the extinction, and they're saying within the 10 next years, about 80% of the animals on this earth, based on the way the numbers are going, are going to be extinct.

It's getting worse and worse and worse and worse.

Violence against women, physical violence, emotional violence, sexual violence.

If you notice, that's not her hand, right?

It says here, every 2 seconds, a child is abused and 5 out of every 6 cases of child abuse goes unreported.

This is in the United States, my brothers and my sisters.

This world, my brothers and my sisters, is collapsing and complete and extreme poverty over and over and things are getting worse and worse and worse and worse.

And what's the question on everybody's mind?

If God is all powerful, if God is all knowing, if God is all loving, how can he permit and let this suffering continue and to go on?

Or some will argue, and I was 1 of them, isn't the fact that there is so much pain and suffering in this world evidence that God is not good or that God does not exist or that he is not all powerful and all knowing.

Even this was contemplated by Greek philosophers, for example.

03 Revelation’s Last Warning to Humanity

But tonight's topic is Revelation's final warning.

Father, we thank you for the blessing, the privilege, and the honor that you give us once again for another beautiful day of life and to come together and spend time in your beautiful word.

We ask for your blessing as we come to study some very important, very foundational topics, Father, as we go deeper and deeper into the prophecies of the end time, and we ask your blessing that you be with us, your angels accompany us, your Spirit give us discernment and wisdom.

And Father, if there's any unclean spirit, We ask in the name of Jesus Christ that you may kick that unclean spirit out of here and that we may dwell in your presence and in your glory.

Now, when we're talking about Revelation's final warning, in the book of Revelation, God has the final warning that he sends out to the earth.

The final warning before God puts an end to this earth of pain and sin and suffering.

Because my brothers and my sisters, God is going to put an end to this world of pain and sin and suffering.

God is going to put an end to this world of pain and sin and suffering.

God is going to put an end to this world of pain and suffering and murder and rape and war.

But before God does this, God sends out His last warning, his last message to the earth before he does that why because we already saw that God does not want anyone to perish but he wants all to have eternal life amen and so he sends out his last warning and I want you to we're going to read it today because it's going to be the groundwork or the foundation for every single presentation that we will be doing for the next 3 weeks.

What we're about to read is the foundational message, end time message of the book of Revelation before the final destruction.

It's found in Revelation chapter 14 verse number 6.

Please join me in Revelation chapter 14 verse number 6.

We're looking at the final message, the final warning that God has for humanity before God brings the flood of fire and destroys this earth as we know it.

Revelation chapter 14, I'm going to wait for everybody to get there.

Revelation chapter 14, and when you're there say amen.

Notice what it says in Revelation chapter 14, verse number 6.

Then I saw another angel flying in the midst of heaven, having what?

The everlasting gospel to preach to those who dwell in the United States.

Oh, I'm sorry, to preach to those that dwell in North America.

To every single nation, tribe, tongue, and notice this everlasting gospel.

It says before the end of this world, God is going to preach this message to every single human being.

We'll listen to this before the end of this.

Notice it's talking about judgment has begun.

The heavens, the earth, the sea, and the springs of water.

It's talking about worshiping God as our Creator.

But another angel, the second angel, followed saying, Babylon what?

Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she has made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.

We're going to see that Babylon falls, and the reason Babylon falls is because Babylon does not want to listen to the everlasting gospel and the first angel.

Babylon wants to do its own thing and so it says Babylon is going to fall because instead of listening to the first angels message and the everlasting gospel Babylon wants to do what?

She wants to give her own wine to the world.

And what's going to happen to those that choose the wine of Babylon over the everlasting gospel and the first angel?

Look at what it says in the very next verse, verse number 9.

Then a third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, if anyone, what?

Where did it said in Revelation chapter 7 that those that receive the seal of God receive it?

And notice it says here that those that have the mark of the beast receive the mark where?

Now, in Revelation 7 we just read that it says that before the plagues fall, we'll talk about that later, before the destruction comes, God is holding back the winds, right?

And he's holding back the winds of destruction, and he's saying, no, no, no, no, not yet.

Because once he has sealed his people and the angels are let go, We're going to talk about that more on Tuesday.

The destruction is going to fall on this earth, but those that have the seal of God are protected.

But what's going to happen to those that have the mark of the beast?

Keep your finger there and go with me to Revelation chapter 16.

Revelation chapter 16 talks about the 7 plagues of Revelation, and we're going to have a study on that, and I'm going to show you how the 7 plagues of Revelation is going to undo the 6 days of creation in Genesis.

Notice what it says in Revelation chapter 16.

Then I heard a loud voice from the temple saying to the 7 angels, Go and pour out the bowls of the wrath of God on the earth.

And so the first went out and poured out his bowl upon the earth, and a foul and loathsome sword came upon the men who had the seal of God.

The mark of the beast and those who worshipped?

Notice how the image, the beast, the image of the beast and the mark of the beast are all related.

1 for the beast, 1 for the image of the beast, and 1 for the mark of the beast.

And God is not going to say, hey, watch out for the beast, watch out for the mark of the beast, watch out for the image of the beast.

04 Salvation Through the Sanctuary

Tonight's presentation is entitled, Salvation Through the Sanctuary.

Thank you for the honor of bringing us here together.

And as we, Father, come to a solemn topic, as all our, Father, but this 1 specifically, We ask for your blessing and guidance as we see your salvation through the sanctuary.

We thank you Father, and we ask this in Jesus name.

We've been answering a number of questions every night, and Tonight is the third question that we are going to answer.

And the question is, how will God solve the problem of evil and sin without destroying us?

Because remember, the thing that God loves most is His created beings.

And the thing that God is most—the word hate is strong.

In Spanish, it uses the word aborrece, right?

How does aborrece translate into English?

He's disgusted by sin because God knows how much sin, how much pain and suffering sin causes.

And so God is disgusted by sin, and yet the thing that God loves most, which is you and me, and the thing that God is disgusted by is sin, and those things are together.

So God says, I'm gonna destroy sin because sin is what brings unhappiness and pain and suffering.
