Working with a Winner

Out of the depth have I cried unto thee, O Lord.

Lord, hear my voice and let thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications.

If thou, Lord, should smirk iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand?

But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared.

I wait for the Lord, my soul doth wait, and in his word do I hope.

My soul waiteth for the Lord more than they that watch for the morning.

I say, more than they that watch for the morning.

And he shall redeem Israel from all his iniquities.

His mercy is everlasting and his truth endureth to all generations.

Psalm 145 verse 17, the Bible says, the Lord is righteous in all his ways And holy in all his works.

Which means God cannot do anything wrong.

We are specialists in doing what's wrong.

God is a specialist at doing what's right.

And so, let me say publicly, it's my public testimony.

And so I want to say to god publicly, father, you've always been good to me and I praise your holy name and all the days left ahead of me, however many they may be, I commit to your service and to your glory.

Is there anyone present who's not a Seventh-day Adventist?

Anyone, you are not a Seventh-day Adventist, may I see your hand.

And while I'm waiting for hands to go up, let me welcome those of you joining online, wherever you are, we thank God for technology that allows a man to stand, where is this?

Somewhere in Florida and be seen in Russia and South Korea and Japan and Tanzania.

It's an amazing, astonishing thing but God will find a way to get the gospel to the entire world before he comes.

With or without Jesus said, if the disciples hold their peace, come on, tell me, the very rocks would cry out.

But I thank God he's given me a little part to play in the proclamation of the gospel.

Our subject for this evening, working with a winner.

If you're not using 1 of these things, make sure they're dead.

Some people put them on vibrate but when they vibrate, because we're naturally curious, we look to see who's calling.

While we're worshipping the god of heaven and earth.

Favour number 2, I ask you politely, while I'm speaking, pray for me and say, Lord, put your words in that man's mouth.

Jeremiah chapter 1 verse 9, then the lord put forth his hand and touched my mouth and the lord said unto me, behold, I have put my words in thy mouth.

And I surely as god lives, I want to speak god's words.

There's room for all at the cross and in this church.

I was talking to a someone, don't recall where he was.

And I said to the person, there are no scientific papers or studies that promote the benefits of smoking.

There are no scientifically demonstrated benefits of taking crack.

My brothers and sisters, if we would think, really think, the things we eat, we would not eat.

There are things we drink we would not drink.

There are friends we have we would get rid of.

If we would stop and think, there are people we date we would not date.

And so I call upon you in the spirit of Isaiah 01:18.
