Father God in heaven, what a privilege it is to just come and just call on you that we can gather here as friends and as family in you.

I just pray that you may continue to bless these sessions as we come together as a as a youth conference and just being out here working for you, living for you, and ultimately presenting our bodies as a living sacrifice.

Be with us now as we discuss 1 or 2 items pertaining to our health, physically, spiritually, and mentally.

Well, it's definitely good to be with you all here.

And many people say, Well, I'm not young at all.

Well, it says in the Bible, it says that all of us are what?

Matter of fact, we don't say anyone is old.

We say some people are more mature or more experienced.

I'm definitely glad to be here in Minnesota or Minneapolis.

I tried a little hydrotherapy this morning.

This is not the place to try hot and cold showers.

If you heard anybody screaming on the 17th floor, it was me.

You know, in Texas where we're based, you know, you could put it super cold and it's just warm.

So, Be careful with the hot and cold showers, okay?

Be careful, somebody may get a little jolt there.

So if the heart is not in good condition, something may go wrong.

But we have a special program laid out for you.

Let me just explain a little bit about our company here.

NLC or NICE Life Consultants is a small consulting group.

Our foundation however is based on the literature work which we have been told over and over will be the last 1 of the last works here, and the medical missionary work.

What we have done is by the grace of God, we went back to the basics.

I remember I always used to think I had new ideas growing up.

She says, man son that's old news somebody already thought of that.

So I said man mom you're hindering my growth.

I said because every time I think I come up with something new you said somebody else came up with it already.

She says but son the only difference is those who apply what they've learned.

That's the difference because there is nothing new under the sun.

But the only ones who are successful are the ones who apply what they've learned.

But how many of us are applying what we've learned?

And so we said, hey, we're not going to redo the work.

The foundation of the church is based on a medical missionary, literature evangelist.

And so we decided, let's go back to the basics and let's do it the way that it was taught, that the entering wedge is the what message?

So we decided, let's go ahead and start sharing the health information with people.

And I'll share with you a testimony or 2.

As a matter of fact, I was in Dallas about 2 years ago.

I had an opportunity in Dallas to, I met a lady and she says, hey what are you doing?

I said, well we are, to tell you the truth, I said we're retired.

She says, well, you know, usually you have to wait till 60 or 65, 60 early retirement.

I said, no, no, no, I'm on my retirement plan right now.

I said, well, we just go around and we help people wherever we can.

I said, high blood pressure, diabetes, whatever, let's say depression, whatever it is, we help them and we go to their homes to help them.

So she looked around, she says, I have endometriosis, I have this problem, I have that problem.

The lady knows me from nowhere and start telling me all of these issues she was dealing with.

So I looked around too and I said, I can't help you right now, you know, because we're like walking, you know, like in an open place here.

Can't help you, but let's fill out a time and then we can go ahead and visit with you.

We don't say no 1 is fat, no 1 is skinny.

We're going to show you how to balance those blessings.

And watch this, by applying the simple information that we shared with her, within that 6 months time when she went back to the physician, because she had to go all the time to remove cysts and different growths, there was no cysts found.

In that same 6 months, she balanced over 30 to 45 blessings.

She also started sharing the information with her family.

And a matter of fact, I didn't even have to buy any special pills.

But never ask a medical missionary or literature evangelist for more information.

This is just 10% of the books we have, if you guys know what I mean.

Next thing you know we got a call 3 months later.

She says, well, this lady was a Filipino lady.

She says, we already bought the ticket for you guys because we don't charge any fees for our programs, you know, just cover expenses and stuff like that.

We already bought the tickets for you guys to go visit with our family.

I said not a problem because she told me some of the family was in California.

So I said well I'm not sure about the dates yet.

Balancing the Blessings

Father God in heaven, 1 more time we call on you today, thanking you for bringing us here safely.

Be with us now as we learn how to balance the blessing, dear Father, as we follow your simple guidelines and your truths.

May you bless that we too can be a living example, a living testimony, that others may see and wonder and say, wow, what can we do to be like that?

But ultimately, what can we do to be saved?

Thank you again, in your name we pray, Jesus, amen.

Well, today we're gonna be focusing a little bit more on how to balance the blessings.

As you remember after I did a little bit of studying and the word.

Every time we looked at where the word uses fat, it always told us that the fat belongs to who?

And so he didn't want us to keep on too much fat, but when we use the fat properly and other places where he used that, it should be that they were fatter in flesh and stuff like that.

We found out that this happened when the people of God followed the way that he wanted them to live and then ultimately they were fatter or they look better in flesh basically they they were blessed amen who remember the story there Daniel chapter 1 Daniel chapter 1 3 Hebrew boys most importantly many of us skip to the end of the story where they were smart and stuff like that.

But we sometimes forget that the test, and 1 thing I want to share with us, the test begins today.

Many of us say, hey I'm going to wait for the time of trouble and then I'm gonna eat right and I'm gonna live right and the Lord is gonna vindicate me It's too late When Daniel and 3 people boys were in their situation, they have been living that lifestyle long time ago Even when they were back home chilling, if I could say that.

They were eating the right way, living the right way.

So finally when the time came, as we also read in Daniel 1 verse 8, it says Daniel and his friend purpose in their what?

They made up in their mind that they will not do anything to defile the temple of the Lord.

So as a result of practicing and living that way that they were supposed to live way before when the test came, they were like, this is not even an option, no King.

We're gonna live, we need to continue living the way God wants us to live.

And watch this, as they continue to follow the simple principles that God gave them, number 1, they were what?

They were so smart, even before that, that they knew that this was a test of their faith.

And also they were so smart that when the time came in Daniel chapter 3, and all their other friends bowed down, because their mind and...

Man, some of you guys wasn't here the first 1, but no problem because their stomach was clear their mind was what?

Clear and so as a result they saw that this is something that God would not have them do and they were the only ones who stood up.

GYC is not the best example, but let's just say GYC, because this is probably the same similar principle.

3, 000, 4, 000 people in that big auditorium and something comes up on the screen or something like that and it tells us to do something contrary to what God believes and it is just going to be only 30 of us who stand up because you know our stomachs is clear so we think it straight and say no brother Ramos or or who or or even if I nice I'm sorry but this is not what God would want me to do.

And so I'm going to stand, man can you imagine?

I was about to say, que avergüenza, how ashamed man.

Can you imagine how ashamed you'd be like looking around?

But because they stood up for what was right, the Lord blessed them.

After they had the smartness, they also looked good.

They didn't have too much blessings, they didn't have too little blessings, okay?

So, anytime you hear me say blessings, that either means pounds or fat.

Alright, so we'll share a couple of testimonies.

Do I have too much blessing pressing the off button?

So, had an opportunity as I was sharing the continuation of our testimony the first time.

We were over in the Philippines, they invited us to go there from working with 1 person on the street.

We started working with their family in the Philippines.

As we were in the Philippines, they said, please go over and help our family in Thailand.

We went across the world in about 3 months.

As we were working with the people in Thailand and Bangkok who had high blood pressure, high acid reflux, many different items, a little extra blessings, you know what I mean?

They said, man, you guys have helped us so much, please help our family in Dubai.

Who can tell you what country is Dubai in?

But we couldn't go there to help their friend.

Their friend, his daughter, had over 300 plus blessings.

But we couldn't help them because we had a project in Texas to deal with.

So we went back to Texas and we did the project and I ended up in Toronto doing another project and you know what they gave us a call hey where are you so well we're in Canada working on a project they said can you come now to help we said well you know we didn't have it planned it was like it's too late you guys know what happened they already bought the ticket They said just go pick up the ticket at the airport.

I went to the airport I saw the ticket almost $10, 000.

I said man maybe I'll sleep take baths on a plane or something like that.

They said please come wherever you're at we'll send for you.

So we left Toronto all the way to the Middle East.

The funny thing is, I didn't know, but that country is not too strict.

But some of those countries, you go in there, they searching your bags.

Man, they were going through a suitcase and stuff like that.

But praise the Lord, I'm a healthy lifestyle consultant slash medical missionary literature evangelist.

For those who wasn't here before, we're taking the literature with the medical, we're putting it together, and then praise the Lord, we're going to do it under the healthy lifestyle consultant umbrella.

So, if you guys ever see us on TV or the radio, As a matter of fact, if we work together and you hear that, just know that that's a medical missionary literature evangelist program.

But don't tell nobody because then they probably won't let us in.

So they went through and they started looking through our books and all they see is medicinal plants.

Oh well, they can't talk about God with plants, you know.

And all they saw was healthy foods and, and, oh wait, this 1 here is Ministry of Healing.

So they probably thought, you know, they turn to the back and all they see is millions of people are discouraged with stress.

They don't know this is a cover for Ministry of Healing.

So they just look through it, oh no, no, no problem, thank you for coming to our country, spend a lot of money and then leave, you know.

This young lady was dealing with severe situations as you know if you have the extra blessings on for too long you just have a heart problems pressure problems matter of fact let's leave a look at that remind me real quick you will every 5 blessings you guys know what that mean?

Every 5 blessings over blessed, overweight, you know right?

Every 5 blessings over blessed you increase your chance of getting diabetes by 10%.

So if you have 20 blessings overly blessed, how many times would you have increased your chances of getting diabetes?

You Can’t Afford to be Sick: the Real Cost

Father God in heaven it is indeed a privilege to call on you 1 more time today.

Lord it's been a joy just sharing the good news, the message that you have given us dear Father.

The entering the wedge into the public but also most importantly into our own lives.

Lord help us to be a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable.

Bless us now, in your name we pray, Jesus.

Usually, before presentations, we try to avoid eating.

You know, even there's a simple guideline and principle in the Spirit of Prophecy that tells us, hey, if you're about to do a presentation, you should not eat because you're about to do heavy mental, what?

So, I don't want to get indigestion up here, you know what I mean?

But, the good news is, you guys get to relax and take notes and stuff and I get to weather the questions and stuff like that.

But we had a good time there at the booth and I hope the food was good.

So I know that nobody will get sleepy here because you will not cause your body now to overwork.

So what we want to do as we want to rehash do I need to repeat the title or are we okay okay we wanna rehash and conquer what we have learned earlier and then we'll move on to the most important item which is the spiritual aspect of what we're dealing with.

Quick item for those who were here before and if you wasn't here before you have an opportunity to get it.

Remember what they said, if you want to think it you need to...

So they always say, if you want to think it you need to ink it.

And the reason why we want to encourage us to ink it is because at the end of the day we don't want you guys to leave and say I heard him say that.

We want you guys to write it, go home and study it when people say where did you get the information from?

And where did we get the information from?

We want to make sure that this science agrees with who?

Let's look at balancing the blessings or...

Of course, there's so much more that we can go over.

But what are some quick items to help us balance the blessing or when we're sharing it with our friends and family that will help us?

Okay, accessibility meaning to everybody, right?

Okay, And that is a sign, any health message you hear, it needs to be accessible.

Are fruits, nuts, grains and veggies accessible to everybody?

We were in the Philippines, not too long ago.

And working with these individuals there, I could not tell them that they had to follow a total vegetarian lifestyle.

The only beans I found was in a can and it was salted.

So I said, Lord, maybe this is our only option.

So I took those beans home and I boiled it and boiled it and changed the water and boiled it again and I took that bean out man I felt my blood pressure just increase it was so salty so what I put them on those kind of beans no so what I did and and even spirit of prophecy tells us when you're in different areas they have to be able to practice it, right?

So what we focused on with those individuals was number 1, they were using a lot of pork.

So we said, hey, this is definitely not necessary in a diet.

They were using a lot of seafood, different items like that.

But if they only had fish left, would I say, you can't use fish?

I just said, prepare it in a simple way, try not to fry it, you know what I mean?

You know, prepare it in a good way and bless it and eat it.

And that was some of the things that they had to.

Soy milk, they kind of found it, but it was, soy milk there was so expensive, man I almost bought regular milk.

But you have to be able to practice it it was so expensive and so some of the nuts they were so expensive so what we did here, do we have accessibility to all those items?

Yes So when you're working with people you can't just lay down the law.

Many times we have health message and we're trying to kick down doors, You know what I mean?

And when I look back at the life of Jesus, did he do it that way?

Did he come and just say, I am the son of God and you must do it this way or no way?

All he did was come and he says, how can I help you?

And as he started to share the information slowly but surely, they wanted to hear more.

So yes, accessibility is a sign of a true health message.

The Bible, Health, and Holiness

Father in Heaven, we are so grateful that you always help us.

You know how to Teach us to understand your Word.

Your Word is so important, so valuable, so life-changing.

I pray that your Spirit will inspire your word and change us today.

We do have an overhead projector, it looks like.

We can, let's just see how strong this is.

The first part of Deuteronomy 6 begins by calling for careful and complete obedience to the commands of God.

It contains 1 of the most quoted portions of the Bible, which calls for parents to love God with all their hearts and soul and strength.

The parents are told to build their lives around the Word of God.

Everything they do, when they get up, the first thing they are to talk about is the Word of God.

When they eat, they are to talk about it.

If they are walking in the way, they are to talk about the Word of God.

And it was to provide guidance for everything that they did from morning to night.

They were to have God's word constantly on their lips, and it was to provide direction and focus for their lives.

As this important chapter comes to a close, it gives the automatic response from those most closely associated with those whose lives reveal the principles of God's Word.

It says that you will be asked a question.

Your children will ask you a question and this is how you're to answer it.

The question may be asked from frustration, occasionally from admiration, but this is the question.

When your son asks you in time to come saying, what is the meaning of the testimonies, the statutes and the judgments with the Lord our God has commanded you?

When your children say to you, Dad, Mom, why do we do it this way?
