Welcome to the Seed Pod for beginners. I Ms. Ashley, and I'm so glad you are here with me today as we sing and learn about God through nature and the Bible. Heavenly Father, please bless all the boys and girls who've joined us today. Help us to learn so much more about you and come close to Jesus. We pray in Jesus name. Amen. Is it raining outside where you are today? Not here, but I think we're gonna get some soon Rain refreshes the air and it makes the plants to grow. Let's sing the raindrops fall. The raindrops fall with the, with showing God's the fall, with the, with the, Sometimes we feel like we're alone, but are we ever really alone? No good angels. Watch over us all the time in heaven. You will meet your angel. Let's sing all night. All day, All night, all day. Angel's washing over me, my Lord, all night, all Day. Angel's washing over me all night, All day. Angel's watching over me, my Lord. All night, all Day. Angel's watching over Me. We are gonna play a guessing game. I'll give you hits. Then you guess what it is. You're gonna listen to the sound and guess what animal you hear? Are you ready? It's a sheep. Those are chickens. That's up. Pig. Did you get that one? A horse? Of course. Those are geese. Here's a fun one. Woo. That one's a wolf. That's the sound of elephants trumpeting. Last one. Did you get it? It was a cow. How'd you do? Did you know your animal sounds? Imagine how the arc must have sounded inside. There were at least two of every kind of land animal on board. Our story today is about Noah and the arc. Let's pray. Dear Jesus, thank you so much for our Bibles and that you love us so much. Help us to learn more about you from the story of Noah. In Jesus' name, amen. After they left the garden, Adam and Eve had two baby boys. Their names were Cane and Abel. Abel learned to love Jesus, but Kane listened to Satan one day, Kane her able so badly that Abel died. Adam and Eve were so sad in time. Many more children were born, but because of sin, some of them hurt each other. Things got so bad that Jesus decided to wash the world, but some people did love Jesus. One of those people was Noah. I'm gonna send a big rain. Jesus told Noah, build a big boat called, do you remember the arc? The people who choose to go in the arc will be safe. The angels would help the animals and birds go inside the ark and to be safe. When Noah tried to tell the people about the big rain that was gonna come, the people left. Ha ha ha. It had never rained. So did they believe him? No. They didn't believe him. It took a long time to build the ark. When it was done, Jesus sent angels and birds to the ark. They would be safe in the ark, but the only people who chose to go in were Noah's family. A strong angel came down in, shut the big door. Imagine what it must have sounded like in there. There were so many animals. The dogs would be barking. The cats would be Mei, meow. The horses would be Na, and all the other animals would be making noises, kind of like a zoo inside a big boat. Then the big rain came down softly at first. Then harder and harder. The rain started coming down quickly and harder. The people outside tried to get into the arc, but could they get in the arc? No, they couldn't get in the arc. Did Noah invite the men earlier? Of course he did, but now it was too late. There was so much water. The arc started to float. Soon. Water covered the whole world. But who was safe inside the ark? Noah was and his family. Do you think they were glad they had chosen to obey Jesus? Yes. Yes, they were. They were glad. They chose to obey God and the animals too. They're all safe because they obeyed Jesus. When the flood was over, the water went down, down, down, down. Jesus sent a beautiful rainbow to show Noah and his family that he loved them. When you look up in the sky and see a rainbow with red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and purple, you can remember that Jesus loves you and keeps his promises. He still sends rainbows for us to see. Do you want to love Jesus too? It's Memory verse time. Our memory verse is Genesis eight verse one. God remembered Noah and every living thing, okay, let's say it again. God can point your finger up towards heaven where God is remembered. Use your finger. Kind of tap on your forehead like you're trying to remember something, Noah and every stretch your arms out like you're including every living thing. Here we go again. God remembered, Noah, God, remember Noah And Every Living thing. And every living thing. Genesis eight. Genesis 8 1, 1. Let's pray together. Fold your hands and repeat after me. We love you, Jesus. We love you Jesus. Please help us. Please help us to always obey you. Always obey you. Thank you. Thank you for taking care of Noah. Taking tale of Noah And taking care. And taking tale of me.
