The Kingdom Principle

All right, we want to wish everybody a good afternoon again as we get ready to open up our next seminar.

Today, we're going to talk about understanding the kingdom principle in scripture, understanding the kingdom principle in scripture.

And before we get into the Word of God, let's bow our heads for a word of prayer.

Heavenly Father, we come before you in prayer, asking you for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit.

Pour out your Spirit upon this study, Lord, and this workshop, that we may all be blessed.

Turn with me in your Bibles to the book of Matthew chapter 13.

We all know the text where Jesus says, and this gospel of the what?

Shall be preached in how much of the world?

As a witness unto all nations and then shall the end come.

That tells me in the last days is that we know the end is going to come because the end was prophesied by Scripture.

That means that the gospel of the kingdom will be preached by people who have received the principles of the kingdom of God and those who understand the principles of kingdom living and the kingdom principle as outlined in Scripture.

Now, the Bible says in the book of Matthew chapter 13 and verse 41, do you have it?

The Bible says in Matthew 13, chapter and verse 41, the Bible says, and the Son of Man shall send forth his who?

So we understand from the Scripture that when we understand the kingdom principle as it relates to the kingdom of God, that nothing that offends or commits iniquity will enter in.

Do you understand what we're talking about?

Therefore, it is very important that we understand this kingdom principle.

The Bible says in verse 42, and shall cast them into a furnace of fire, those who chose not to align themselves with God's kingdom, the Bible says, there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

Then the Bible says, shall the righteous shine forth as the what?

Father, that's the end result of the kingdom principle in our lives, in our very hearts.

It takes us into the kingdom of our Father, who have ears to hear, the Bible says what?

Understanding the kingdom principle in Scripture.

Now we understand that God is the king of all things.

He's the king of kings and the Lord of what?

But there was somebody else that wanted to be king in heaven.

The Scripture says that he would exalt his throne above the stars of God.

But what happened was is that 2 men cannot rule on 1 throne.

So somebody had to go, and we know it was not the Creator.

So the Scripture says that Lucifer was kicked out.

And what we must understand is this, write this down in your notes, the theme of the Bible is about a king establishing a kingdom on earth.

The theme of the Bible is about a king establishing a kingdom upon earth.

Now when God created this world, the Bible says that He made the heavens, the light, the firmament, all the things we read in chapter 1.

Now, we understand that the crowning act of God's creation when He made man, am I right or wrong?

The Bible said, let us make man in our what?

Now, even though God was the owner of the whole entire earth, you must understand the spirit of prophecy says that Adam was to be the king over all of planet earth.

He was supposed to be the vice gerund or the representative of God upon planet earth.

And what happened was is that God gave commandments and decrees and statutes to Adam and Eve that if they would have obeyed them and followed them, their posterity would have obeyed them and followed them, and this whole earth would have been a kingdom on earth with peace and happiness and holiness.

But what happened was is that, you know, Satan had to mess it up and God had to test man's loyalty.

So on this earth, though God was the king, the king had to give a law.

He had to give a law whereby man's loyalty had to be tested before they were eternally secure.

And we understand that this took place at the forbidden tree or the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

Man did contrary to what God said, and you know what happened.

And since that time on planet Earth, there are kingdoms in conflict.

The theme of the Bible again is a king establishing a kingdom where?

And what you will find out is this theme goes throughout the whole entire Bible from Genesis all the way to a book called what?

Now, in the kingdoms of conflict, these 4 things you need to understand when we understand the kingdom principle in Scripture.

Number 1, in order for the king to rule, he must have a what?

So when you have a kingdom, and you have to have a what?

When we understand this kingdom principle in Scripture, you will understand that in every Kingdom, you have to have a what?

That obey that law and the subject that obey that law must be found in a certain where?

Now, we understand that the theme of the Bible is about a King establishing a kingdom where?

But what happened was this world was created by who?

So he's the rightful king, am I telling the truth?

But what happened was there's another kingdom called the kingdom of what?

After sin came, those 2 kingdoms would be in conflict.

So when you read Genesis chapter 3 all the way to the end of the Bible, you see 2 kingdoms in conflict.

And with the kingdoms in conflict, you have philosophies, principles, and values in conflict.

Where you have 2 kings in conflict, because the Bible does say that Satan is the god of this world, am I right or wrong?

This sin-curse world, but God is still the rightful king, am I right or wrong?

So what happens is, simply is this, you have the kingdom of God and the kingdom of what?

Do you know why God gave us 10 fingers and 10 toes?
