Kingdom of Fire

It always blows my mind when the Lord allows me to speak in front of his people, because truly I feel like the chief of sinners.

And for him to have me before you is an extreme privilege and honor.

I've only seen rooms like this on movies, and now I'm in 1, and I'm not sitting back there as I was in Sabbath school, I'm in the front.

And I guess that's just a testimony of what God wants to do in our lives.

You know, you may be the background person, maybe you feel like you're unnoticed or you're unworthy and I want to tell you this morning that God is looking at you And his hope for you is that you'll stand before probably thousands and show them his glory.

He specializes in the impossible and he continues to show me it every day.

So let's be in prayer today, because I believe the message that the Lord has told me to proclaim is a very simple message, yet it's very profound, very needed for this day and age and for his lovely people.

So I'm going to ask that you would bow your heads as I reverently kneel before our Lord and our Savior and just continue to ask him to teach us and be with us today on this Sabbath.

More than my words can even utter right now.

I pray, dear Lord, that your people today would be in a prayer mode, that all of us, Lord, would surrender our minds to you in this precious hour that we have, that you would have your own way.

Holy Spirit, I know you know how to preach like nobody else.

So thank you for preaching all the different sermons that need to be preached in this room.

In the name of Jesus, Let God's people say, amen.

You know, I've learned so much just by looking at what's going on in this world.

I learned, and I'm learning still more than ever, just how connected the world is.

Especially with the crisis going on in Ukraine, obviously things that are happening there are affecting us here.

And you can see that the nations of this earth are dependent upon each other.

And it really points me to Scripture and how The book of Revelation clearly tells us that the worlds of this, the nations of this world are going to come together under 1 banner and 1 kingdom called Babylon.

We could see signs right now of how Babylon is connected, but they're not completely together yet, but we can see the progressive steps to how they're going to mend together.

There's an article I think that's so true, at least the title here, a new world order is emerging and the world is not ready for it.

This is absolutely true, not because the article says so, but because the Bible says so.

Despite the divisions that we see currently today, you know, we got Russia and Ukraine, which really is heating things up between Russia and NATO, there's still conflict in North Korea and South Korea, conflict with the United States and China, conflict with Israel and Palestine.

Despite all the conflict in the world, there will be a great reset.

Again, not because of social media or conspiracy theories, But because the Bible says there will be a great reset.

So let me remind you of what the Bible says of how the nations of this world will come together under 1 banner.

This is just review before we get into the message.

I'm gonna read in your hearing Revelation 13 11 through 14.

If you're quick on the draw, then get there.

If not, I'll have the scripture on the screen.

Revelation 13 11 through 12, And I beheld another beast coming up out of the what, everyone?

And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast whose deadly wound was healed.

And he doeth great wonders so that he maketh, what everyone?

Fire to come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men and deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast saying to them that dwell on the earth that they should make an image to the beast which had the wound by a sword and did live.

I think it's very interesting that the miracles and signs and wonders that are spoken of in Revelation chapter 13 is what brings the world together under 1 banner.

But there's 1 miracle that specifically mentioned what we just read, and that's fire coming down from heaven.

Now what we just read in Revelation 13 is a play of what already took place in 1 Kings chapter 18.

You know the story where the prophet Elijah was there with the false prophets of Baal, and there was a showdown on Mount Carmel.

And Elijah prayed and fire came down from heaven, and when the fire came down, that proved that Elijah's God was God.

And after that happened, there was a revival amongst the people, albeit very short, and then the prophets of Baal were destroyed.

In Revelation 13, the exact opposite is going to happen.

Fire is going to come down from heaven, Yes.

Satan is going to personate Christ and literally cause fire to come down from heaven.

This fire in Revelation 13 not only represents Satan calling down fire, but it also points to a false revival.

I think it's interesting that Satan personates Christ and he also personates the Holy Spirit as well.

And when this fire comes down from heaven there's going to be a false revival and instead of the prophets of Baal being destroyed, the servants of God will be persecuted.

Fire unites the kingdom of Babylon under 1 banner.

Revelation 17 speaks about this woman who's sitting on the beast.

Now we know a woman speaks to a religious entity, a religious power, and the beast speaks to political powers.

So you have a religious power controlling the political power.

Some people may say church and state, right?

Now this power, this woman, is handing out this deadly concoction in her cup.

The Bible actually calls it, in Revelation 17, her cup is full of the filthiness of abominations.

Or it's also called the wine of the wrath of her fornication.

Now she is in the business right now with handing out the wine to all nations.

So she's handing out this wine right now.

Now the purpose of her handing out this wine is for the nations to become intoxicated so they become unfaithful to God.

The purpose of the wine is so that they can commit fornication, unfaithfulness, to the Lord.

Now we know in the Adventist church, and I'm not going to take time to get into this right now, that this wine points primarily to the false teachings of Babylon, in particular the papacy and the fallen churches who have fallen away just as the papacy.

We know that this is what this wine points to And many of us may feel safe like, okay Adam, I'm not sipping on that wine, I'm not sipping on that cup, I know the truth and I'm okay.

I'm here to tell you today that in the Bible, that wine is not only a symbol of false teachings wine is also a symbol of worldliness Let's look at what the Bible says.

Now Luke 21 is Luke's version of Matthew 24.

So you speak of end time events, Luke 21 is Luke's version of Matthew 24.

Notice what Jesus says, "...and take heed to yourselves, Advent hope, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with...

I never know how to pronounce that word, that's why I'm asking you to pronounce it.

Forgive me if I slaughtered it, but that's how I'm gonna say it.

To be giddy with wine and drunkenness and cares of this life and so that the day come upon you unawares.
