Pray for me, pray for the sermon, pray for my Philippine mission trip and after I pray, after the minute of silent prayer, when I pray that's gonna begin the message.

And Lord, in the name of Jesus Christ The Son of God Lord I come in your name so unworthy to preach a message that's so, so precious and powerful.

I pray that, I know your Holy Spirit's here.

I pray that you'll be with everybody under the sound of my voice Lord, I please hide me behind the cross.

Lord, please do whatever it takes to save us in heaven.

Be with this message, be with Advent hope, and Lord we cannot wait to see you face to face Save us Lord in Jesus name.

I pray let every child of the King say amen Thank you for the prayers Like I shared with you before when I was once here a power I was in the world And I used to love it.

Have a good time No, but while I was in the world, I used to go to the movies and do do all kind of things But God he kept me from many things I remember I was telling a friend once what I used to do in the world, go to the clubs and go to the movies.

Because my sin is something so small to theirs.

You know, I don't care how small or how great your sin might seem to be.

And so I used to do so many things but God kept me from sex, he kept me from that, sexual immorality, he kept me from that, being addicted to that, many people addicted to those things.

He kept me from addiction to alcohol, to drugs.

He kept me from so many things, so many things, and I thank God for that.

But there are many people in the church struggling with certain issues.

And Satan, what Satan has done, he has infiltrated the church and brainwashed some of us to lead us to believe that this sinful world has something to offer the Christian.

When in fact this world has nothing to offer you.

I'm talking about the world in a sinful context.

Sure this world has marriage, you can have children, all kind of good things, but that does not negate the fact that there is disease there's AIDS there's rape murder abortion all manner of evil in this present world the world has so many distractions always biblical what about remember Demas 1 of Paul's companions in 2nd Timothy chapter 4 verse 10 the Bible says Demas left Paul he loved the present world Demas was more in love with the world than ministry.

Because this world has so many distractions.

A few weeks ago, I was on the internet, wasting time.

I'm reading something about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie I mean they don't even know me.

They don't even know I exist but I was just wasting time first of all they're living in sin first of all I'm reading this nonsense and God just Alvin you're wasting time you're wasting time with those worldly things and that time you reading about them you can be memorizing a text of scripture.

I said Lord you're right this world has so many things to distract us that's why I thank God this is not our final destination amen thank God for that so many distractions that's why I love what C.S.

Lewis writes Now I don't believe in his theology, but C.S.

Lewis says, if I find in myself a desire in which nothing in this world can satisfy, the most probable explanation is that I was made for another world.

And yes, that's true, we were made for another world.

Understand when God took the dust of the earth and he formed man in his image and he breathed the breath of life in man's nostrils and man became a living being God did not do all that in vain.

God did not create 1 human being to burn in hell I'm talking about heaven today, but I have to mention hell because that would be unfair Why because there are 2 realities 1 place is for the just 1 for the unjust 1 for the righteous 1 for the unrighteous there is no middle ground no such thing as purgatory no such thing you either going to heaven or you going to hell but question must then be asked if God did not create us anybody to burn in hell who then was hell created for who is it created for let's get some Bible turn to Matthew 25 Matthew 25 time by heaven and Stephen today Matthew 25 verse 41 Matthew 25 verse 41 we don't want to go to that place.

And the Bible reads, Jesus speaking, Then shall he say unto them on the left hand, depart from me you cursed into everlasting fire prepared for those who live in Loma Linda.

Prepared, this is good news, the Bible is telling us 1 day that Satan is going to burn so who is it prepared for?

Hell is prepared for the devil and his angels.

No Christian, no quote unquote Christian should be there but because of bad choices and bad decisions some human beings would be in hell.

I have a quote I'm reading from 1 of my favorite authors she writes in the great controversy page 543 this thing is based on choice 543 the destiny of the wicked is fixed by their own choice.

Their exclusion from heaven is voluntary with themselves and just and merciful on the part of God.

Can you imagine someone saying, can you imagine you saying or me saying, Lord I volunteer not to spend eternity with you.

She says based on our choices, we volunteer not to spend eternity with Jesus and that's why I thank God that when I mess up I have an advocate with the father well thank God somebody's pleading my case but 1 day you'll stop that but it's based on choices do you not know that there will be more people lost and saved there is no I'm gonna read another quote Paulson collection I love this woman page 347 she writes I have been alarmed for some years because I have seen the line of demarcation between the church and the world almost obliterated.

The line that distinguishes the church from the world is almost gone The church has become so secularized.

Have we seen that I Could go to some churches down the street.

Can't tell the difference from a rock concert Can't tell the difference The church has become so secularized and she's read this, she wrote this way in the 1800s.

She'd probably have a heart attack or something.

I'm a firm believer that this is the remnant Church of Bible prophecy.

It is a solemn statement that I make to the church that not 1 in 20 whose names are registered upon the church books are prepared to close their earthly history and would be as verily without God and without a hope in the world as the common sinner." She says not 1 in 20.

She says you can count 20 people 1234 05:20.

She says statistically not 1 of them is ready to go to heaven.

OK, you say, well, that's somebody who wrote that.

This thing is biblical that it'll be more people lost than saved.

What happened in the days of the antediluvians?
