Father, we pray that your Holy Spirit will be here to sanctify the words that we speak, that we may give praise, honor, and glory to you, and that we may be hid and Christ Jesus may be uplifted.

Thank you, Father, for what you have done in our lives just in these past few days, and that we are going to face more trials in the days and weeks to come.

But, Father, because we know you are faithful, we know you will see us through it all.

I'm glad to see you here this morning to share your testimony, right?

I know some of you are shy, and I know you don't like to get up front.

I know you don't want to, you know, have to say, speak in front of people.

But the Lord has given you a testimony, hasn't he?

If he hasn't, you have a few more minutes.

In fact, it could happen as you hear others sharing their testimony, because that is why we share our testimonies.

To glorify God, certainly, to also strengthen the brethren.

And so this is your time to tell the world and angels who are present what the Lord has done in your life here at SWIC.

Now I do ask, this is a short period of time, so I do ask, please keep your testimony to the point and keep it relevant to SWIC, Whether it's about how the Lord brought you here, what he did for you here.

Don't go back into your past history, as beautiful as that is, but we need to keep it to the point because many people have had a testimony and we all need an opportunity to share.

So I'm going to ask if you have a testimony to share.

We are going to call you up to the stage too.

So we're going to form a line behind the screen here.

So if you have a testimony, this is your time to come up and wait to be called up in front of your friends, your supporters, your very own prayer team who will continue to pray for you.

4 years ago, it's my first SWIC here, and that's the time I changed my life.

And God has blessed me and given me a lot of responsibilities in the church and also in the conference.

If you would ask me, where is the best place to look for a life partner?

That's where the best place to look for a life partner.

So I looked and I prayed, prayed to God and by God's grace I met a person here and I never proposed to her yet so I decided at that time because this is significant for me.

I made Tracy here, and we are getting married on March 11, 2012.

But I never proposed to her, so I think this is very significant for her.

So, by God's grace, you know Tracy, I try to walk with Jesus every day.

My question for you, would you like to walk with us, with Jesus and me, for eternity by marrying me?

My job every day, that I will let you love Jesus more and more and to be drawn closer to Jesus I will I will because you know what you have only 1 heart and your heart is given to God.

Because the Bible says in Proverbs 23, 26, My daughter or my son give me thine heart and let thine eyes observe my ways.

I will not ask for your heart, but I know every day I walk with Jesus, every day I would just like ask you to walk with us.

As I again said, my job is to bring you closer to God every day and to draw you closer to God every day.

By doing so, God will teach you how to love me in return.

So Tracy, would you want to walk with us with Jesus by marrying me?

I'm going to ask Tracy, I'm going to ask you to come up because I think we need to offer a word of prayer over this couple.

I'm going to ask Pastor Jeffrey Harper to come up and pray for this couple who are uniting their life and their ministry.

Father God, in the Garden of Eden, you heavenly ordained marriage.

And God, I just pray, Father God, that your hand would be over this couple, Lord, that your Holy Spirit, God, would continue to move in their hearts God, that they would they would be a ministry team God that would hasten the soon coming of Jesus Christ.

And God the devil hates families and the devil hates men and women God who are bounded together in Jesus and he's gonna work hard Lord but I pray father God that that you would continue to strengthen them every single day God that they would draw closer to you and in that process draw closer to each other God.

And Lord I am excited about what you are doing in their lives.

And God just continue Lord to work and Thank you God that your word says that if we trust in you with all of our hearts and we don't lean on our understanding, if we acknowledge you in every way that you will direct our path.

And I pray God that you will direct their path God in a very specific way.

And Lord, thank you for the love that you have given us and the love that you have given them.

And we pray all these things in the name of Jesus, amen.

Whether you're just starting 1 or you've been in 1 in a while, It is a family event.

I just wanted to share something this weekend.

We've been called to a marriage relationship really with Jesus too.

He says he will do in us great things, and we submit to that.

Essentially I want to just mention the beautiful gift of the word obedience.

God is calling us into a life of obedience.

And it truly is like a marriage relationship too.

If you look at the word obedience, I used to be afraid of it because I used to think it's a hard word and something we all have to obey, but obedience is a very beautiful word.

You could think of the O as the sanctuary encircling us, and then B-E is be, abide in me and I in you.

And then D-I-E is to die, to die to self.

He says, love the Lord your God with all your heart and your neighbor as yourself.

And when I saw that and realized that God is calling me to do those things, to be safe in the sanctuary, and then to be in him, to abide in him, then to die to self and to show him supreme love by showing others unconditional love.

The next thing is that I saw that Jesus came to be our sanctuary, our tabernacle.

He came to tabernacle with us, God, Emmanuel, God with us, the O.

He came to do ultimately the fulcrum of the ages as a cross to sow the supreme love of God by showing unconditional love to humanity.

And the next beautiful thing is as we are called to a life of obedience, because we're still alive and kicking, you know, every day.

We need to live a life of obedience, a life of marriage with God, is that as we be in Him, His life, His obedience is mine.

As we die, As we die to self, his death is gifted to me.

And then as we do, his doings are enablings in us.

So I hope that this, you know, the living a life of obedience will take on new meaning for each 1 of us.
