Is Jesus The Only? Part 2

I'm looking for questions in which he will not come out first.

Now remember I did this search lasting about 20 years.

So there would have been many other questions that I am not even presenting to you.

That I went through many times, I hit a blank wall because it was not leading me anywhere.

But I am giving you a gist of the way I took a step-by-step approach and carried on in this very vital search which to me was extremely important, personally.

So here are 3 questions, we won't go through all 3, we'll just quickly go through at least 2 number 1 what's your birth and parentage in Hindu there were multiple authors there are no specific founder all the authors were revered and individuals born to honorable parents in Buddhism like I already mentioned his father was Sudhodana a king and his mother Maya a queen and he was born in a Lumbini grove, a delightful grove with trees of every kind, and he was welcomed into the kingdom as the heir apparent.

In Hinduism, a man of the house of Levi went and took as wife a daughter of Levi, bore a son and she saw that he was a beautiful child and he became Pharaoh's daughter's son.

The tribe of Levi was not the biggest, But it was just about later on it became just about the most important because the tribe of Levi was in charge of their central most prized possession, the tabernacle.

So Moses was born into that kind of a tribe.

He was a posthumous son of Abdullah, his mother Amina, of the tribe of Quraysh, the son of Hashim.

The tribe of Quraysh was not the biggest, it was not the most popular, not even the most powerful.

But it was the most important because the tribe of Quraysh was in charge of the Qabbah The place where today every Muslim wants to go as pilgrimage to Mecca When you circumambulate the Qabbah you can now call yourself a Hajj.

That's what the 5 pillars of the Islamic faith.

That is the tribe that Muhammad belonged to.

After his mother was betrothed to Jesus, before they came together she was found with child.

You know in our liberal societies today that's not much, Who cares?

But in first century ultra-conservative Palestine, that was not acceptable.

He is the only founder who was conceived out of wedlock.

When he went to the temple, They said, you?

We were not born of fornication like you.

There was nothing great about this birth, my friend.

He was born, and if you look at the genealogy in the Jewish line, when they come to so and so, son of so and so, when they come to Joseph, after Joseph, they don't even mention his name in 1 of the genealogies.

So and so, son of a bastard, son of an adulteress.

Whether you like it or not, last of all the founders, what a start to life.

And he's supposed to found a religious movement?

I don't know how he overcame that horrible stain because the horrible stain was not only on the family, it was on him Not only that, at his birthday, they wrapped him in swaddling clothes, put him in a manger very romantic word you know when you send out your cards, manger, all deodorized and sanitized, manger.

The bugs and the fleas and the mosquitoes bit him.

That cloth that you use for wiping the table, not for putting as a curtain.

If you went on a journey and you unloaded your backpack and you want to lie down, you put swaddling clothes at the bottom on the ground, then you put your mattress on top and then sleep.

And swaddling clothes had 1 more place of use.

When people die, you wrap them in swaddling bands and bury them So this guy who people call the prince of life on his first day on earth was wrapped in grave clothes.

Buddhism, he's here, but Gautama Buddha worked for 45 years until his death Judaism, Moses led the children of Israel for 40 years Islam, Muhammad led the Muslims for 23 years before he died When it came to Christianity, 3 and a half years Suddenly a big difference Hey how long does it take for you to make a statement to the whole world?

And naturally, you would ask the question, why just 3 and a half years some kind of disease got him or what?

No, his was 3 and a half years but he because he was booted out and put to death.

Every other founder had a full illustrious life.

They could look back and say, wow, I brought a message and the people have accepted it.

I have changed this village and that village, I've changed the landscape with my message.

The worst start in life, the shortest period of ministry, because of the worst story about the death, circumcised death.

Buddhism, his disciples were so caring, and the body was wrapped in 1, 000 layers of Banaras cloth.

That town is very famous for silk, very fine silk.

You've seen some of the Indian ladies wear their saris, about 6 to 8 yards long, 1 and a half yards wide.

Banaras or Varanasi was known in those days for knitting or for weaving such fine silk that you could take 1 of those sarees and fold it up and put it in a matchbox So fine!

And when you wrapped a body with 1000 layers it means you have given that body the highest honor that you can possibly give.

When Muhammad died, Umar, the next caliph, or 1 of the later caliphs, he said, I was dumbfounded, I fell to the ground.

And the people hurried, ashen-faced the mosque.

Everywhere you could see women crying, slapping their chests and their faces, weeping and crying.

And they were going to show the highest form of respect that they possibly could.

Judaism, Moses was 120 years old when he died and the children of Israel wept for Moses on the plains of Moab for 30 days.

30 days, official state mourning, all flags half-masked, nobody goes to your offices, everything is a standstill.

Leader has died in office and we're going to give him the highest respect as a nation.

That's what we do when we want to give respect, admiration.

Not only that, hey, he was dying with criminals, fine, but was he a criminal?
