**Take a Chill Pill**Chill out… Just relax… Take a chill pill…” You’ve probably heard these words before (or you’ve said them), and let’s be honest, they don’t help (maybe even make things worse of increasing our frustration!). Managing our anxiety is not as easy as these words imply, as if there is an easy off-switch. Not only is it not easy, but many of us are not taught or given the skills to relax. We’ll learn more about what anxiety is and the most important behaviors we can do to reduce our anxiety.
