Welcome to the Seed Pod for beginners. I Ms. Ashley, and I'm so glad you are here with me today as we sing and learn about God through nature and the Bible. Heavenly Father, please bless all the boys and girls who've joined us today. Help us to learn so much more about you and come close to Jesus. We pray. In Jesus name, amen. Who created people including you? God did that makes you special. Let's sing. Who am I? Who am I? Who am I special to? Jesus? I brother. I am brother. I am special to Jesus. Who am I Special to? Cheese. I am sister. I sister. I'm special. Special Mommy. Mommy Am special to Cheese. God loves to give us good gifts, food, family, pets, singing birds, warm sunshine. Can you think of a gift that makes you happy? Let's sing. I am glad today. We're glad we're, we're You Father's. We are gonna play a guessing game. I'll give you hits. Then you guess what it is. Are you ready? I start as a yellow flower. When I get old, I turn into a white ball of seeds. People like to blow on me to scatter my seeds through the air. What am I? Dandelion? A dandelion. Next one. I grow on tree branches. In summer. I'm usually green. In the fall, I turn red, orange, and yellow. I fall off when the wind blows. What am I leaves? Did you guess? Leaves? That's right. Leaves. Last one. I am a kind of bush. Berries grow on me. I have lots of prickly thorns. The berries on me are black and sweet. What kind of bush am I? Blackberry bush, a blackberry bush. These three things are affected by sin, disobedience to God. The flowers die and blow away. The leaves fall off the trees and thorns now grow on bushes, but God still shows us his great love. Our story is about how sin came into God's perfect world. Dear Jesus, thank you for our wonderful Bible. Please help us listen carefully so we can learn how to love and obey you. In Jesus name, amen. When Jesus made the world, it was very pretty. Adam and Eve were happy. They loved each other and they loved Jesus. They never got hurt or sick. No one ever died. Jesus loved Adam and Eve. He wanted them to be happy, but Satan wanted to hurt Adam and Eve. Satan wanted Adam and Eve to disobey God. Satan told Adam Eve they would be happy if they disobeyed Jesus. That was a big lie. Adam and Eve made a huge mistake. They disobeyed Jesus that they were not happy. Adam and Eve had to leave their beautiful garden home. Many things got hurt because Adam and Eve disobeyed. The leaves died and fell down from the trees. The air got really cold, flowers wilted and died and turned brown plants and animals, and people would all die because of sin. Jesus loved Adam and Eve. He told Adam and Eve a wonderful plan. The plan would save them from dying forever. Jesus' plan meant that someday he would die, then Jesus would become alive again. Jesus promised to help Adam and Eve choose to obey him. Someday, Adam and Eve could live with Jesus again. Jesus wanted Adam and Eve to remember how much sin hurt. Every time they saw a little lambie. It would help them think of Jesus who would die for them. Jesus loves you very much. He will help you love and obey him. Then you'll be happy and Jesus will be happy too. If you ask Jesus, he will help you to obey it's memory. Verse time. Our memory verse is Isaiah seven 16. Refuse evil and choose the good. All right, try it with me. We're gonna shake our head side to side like we're saying no. When we say refuse, so shake your head, no. Refuse the evil, and you can take a finger and kind of shake it like you're saying, something's bad. Refuse the evil and choose. Now. You're gonna nod your head up and down. Choose the good. Let's see. For good. Smile. Okay, ready. Refuse the evil. Refuse The evil, And choose the good. Choose the good. Isaiah seven. Isaiah. Isaiah seven, Verse 16. Verse 16. Will you pray with me? Yes. Let's fold hand. Dear Jesus. Dear Jesus, please help me, Bishop to obey, obey, and do and what is right. We love you. Yes, you. In Jesus name. Amen. Amen. Join us when singing our closing song.
